Great place to pick up loads. I enjoy talking with staff, especially slim lady (Jen).I have seen many bad reviews. All I can say is, if you show respect, you will probably receive the same.

After reading the reviews here I was a little hesitant to come here, but my experience here was nothing short of exceptional. Really friendly and helpful staff all around. Make sure you have a clean dry trailer and you would have no issue.

Security guard is rude. He shows to you that he is the busiest person in the world. Shipping is nice only if you have super duper clean trailer. They load by appointment. Please clean your trailer before entering there.

Very unprofessionalI Came here to pickup load for the first time on January 13, 2022.The old security guard at the entrance is so rude. He got no manners how to talk with a driver.I am here for my job and I always do it respectly.I saw so many drivers complaining about this guard.Management should read these comments and teach him proper manners.If you are not a good and respectful worker, you can never be a good human either.

The Security Guards are extremely unprofessional towards to every single person that enters through the door. My husband and I are both truck drivers and came in to pick up a load. We followed the “made up” protocol. There are no signs anywhere for trucks. The guards are very rude. We asked them where the shipping office is. He said “i dont know to every question we asked. It is our first time here. To every question, the day guard yelled his response with “ i dont know .. figure it yourself”. “ i dont care”. “I dont have time” “whatever”. Later then it was shift change. They took down our info and asked us to sign in. The day shift guard said that we would receive a text when a dock was ready. Then, the afternoon guard stepped into the conversation and said “ ooooh no no i wont tell you. No call no text. Its on you. We walked all the way to shipping office and they told us that they were waiting for us. Why were we not there yet. We were made 1 hour late just because of their racism. Is this your identity as a company ? Is this what you guys represent? When anyone comes in to sign in, a Security Guard is the first person to come in contact with. If this is what the face of your company is then, I am sorry but it wont last very long. If you go on your google reviews, you will see many complaints like mine. I am not the only one that has been treated this badly here. Where did the basic code of conduct training go????

Worst location. Security guards are so rude and racist. They waste your time without any reason. It's the 3rd time i reached there before appointment time and they didn't load me, even no one was there. They just want to sit relax inside the office and try to waste your time.

Very professional people really helpful in loading my truck took only 1 hour. Would love to come back.

Worst behaviour right at the entrance, by the security person . Have no courtesy talking to people coming in gor business with them .

Trailer has to be cleaaaaann like a brand new one. Quick to load. Has to be on appointment and before getting to the security guard park your trailer on the side. Do not park near the gates. For loading have to give in the keys and wait in the driver room which is way better than the other shippers have. N/y

Bought some professional grade SafeT salt and it is a giant rock hard block. Completely unusable. Even a kitchen knife can't break it up. There must have been too much moisture in the salt when it was packed....
