We bought my engagement ring there today. It is so beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Their jewelry is fantastic and will have something that suits your taste. Cheryln was lovely, helpful and made sure we were happy with our choice. All of the ladies there are wonderful and will will take excellent care of you. Griffen Jewelry Designs is our go to for jewelry. They happened to be having a save the tax sale so major, major bonus.

Fiancé got my engagement ring here and I absolutely love it. Took it in for a free sizing and they told me 2 weeks which was torture but came back in 2 weeks. They were polite. Not sure who assisted me but had a very positive experience.

I am sorry that there are so many negative reviews! I went here with my fiance to look at wedding bands and we had a great experience. Cher was so kind and helpful and we ended up getting a phenomenal deal on the ring. The price on the ring was ~$200 less than what was in the system and Cher honored the lower price for the final purchase. The ring was simple yet elegant and I am sure that I will love it for years to come. I am only sorry that my fiance didn't see anything he liked for himself because the prices here are so good!

I went in with my wedding band because I had been at another jewellry store and they offered to clean it. They told me that my solitaire diamond ring had a lifted claw and the diamond was lifting and my wedding band had one bagget that was scuffed. I only got married July of 2014 and I don’t work in a job where I’m hard on my rings. She told me that the warranty was voided because I didn’t have it cleaned there every six months. Then told me that I probably bought the band like that. I said no one told me I was buying a flawed ring. So nothing would be done. Don’t waste your money at griffin jewellers.

Have always had wonderful experiences here! Michelle is welcoming and friendly! My fiancé and I chose my engagement ring and wedding band here and Michelle made the experience as painless as possible! They are very understanding and accommodating.

Literally do not go here. The manager Michelle has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sent my ring to get sized out was told when it would be back and without even a call or courtesy to explain why, am now being told it will be DOUBLE the time! She was terrible to my fiance when he was choosing the ring, terrible when we brought it in for sizing completely lacking in discretion and courtesy. If you want to be made to feel inferior this is the store for you. We CERTAINLY will not be buying our bands from her. I will be surprised if my ring comes back in one piece. It's an absolute shame because it is beautiful. One star because my ring is absolutely lovely, -4 for being completely rude.

The necklace my husband bought pretty but the quality was Absolute garbage. Wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. It's broken twice in 2 months and all of the diamonds fell out. If you're into that kind of thing then they're a guaranteed fit for you. I wish I could give less than one star.Oh also I emailed them back as the comment below from them asked me to ignoring the 3 month response delay.... no reply. What a complete shock"."

Do not bring Jewelry here for repairs!!! Brought a ring that was not round anymore and asked for the cheapest fix was told a date it would be back. Received a call saying it would be $250.00 as the shaft had to be replaced asked them to return it. It took three weeks to get it back, as repairs done in Toronto. Took it to a local repair facility on Front street to my amazement for $20.00 he reshaped it and SIZED it for this price.Not bad enough my husband bought me a bracelet from there for Christmas, about a month later it broke, we returned it to the store forrepairs, we received a call to see if they could remove one link to repair.We said no as it fits perfectly. To my surprise they soldered it together told them I would have liked the option. They could not have cared at all.

You'll see a lot of negative reviews in this but it's all about perspective. The woman I dealt with was maybe in her 40s or 30s but she looked young so I couldn't tell. Please don't let the reviews put you off because these people are actually genuinely friendly. They were humorous when there was a problem and the entire atmosphere was extremely light. They get excited with you which adds to the experience. I even spoke with the woman about the negative reviews and she said, you can't please everybody. which is true. Try to keep an open mind and if you're nervous, don't be. they're actually really kind people.
