Jiffy Lube

I was hesitant about going here because i’m a younger girl, and I don’t know anything about cars. The staff, especially the manager/owner were very kind to me and helped me know what was going on with my car. They are honest, and do not try to just get your money. They also help me out with small things for no charge. They are reliable and I definitely recommend !

The staff were friendly and were able to get the work done in a decent amount of time, but I would have to say if you're looking to save money you should go to almost any other shop as the prices are pretty steep. I ended up paying $183.23 for a synthetic oil change (after being quoted $149.99 over the phone) and that $183.23 was WITH a 30% discount. Hidden fees for a premium oil filter and additional charges for oil (I guess the oil isn't included in the $149.99 price?). Most other Jiffy Lubes in Calgary charge $116 and I'm sure there are other places that will do a synthetic change for cheaper than that. If you're stuck in Chestermere and just want work done close to home in a quick fix go here, but again if you're looking to be frugal just drive the ten extra minutes it would take to go to Calgary and get it done there.

Saw ameel (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) for a routine oil change. They were super busy yet he was so friendly and thorough! He checked more things than usual and was informative! Very happy with my visit today!

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. OVERCHARGES HONEST CUSTOMERS. The tech is pushy and over charges you. You go in for a basic service and he doesnt listen. He just constantly asks if you want more and makes it sound like your getting a deal. Then your stuck with a huge bill.

I couldn't imagine a worse experience at a lube shop. They took an hour to complete the oil change. Unlatch the hood, walk away. Return 5 minutes later, ask a question, another 5 minute break. Repeat 5 times.They changed $25 for a special" oil filter claiming it's the only one they have for a Jeep. Then they claimed to have checked the fluids but the washer fluid was empty. They didn't mention it or top it up . . because they didn't check the fluid at all. After charging $150 for an hour long "jiffy" oil change

Great staff, they tell you what you need and don't oversell ya. In and out in a jiffy!

We often come here to get oil changes and the service is always timely and outstanding. But today i wanted to recognize them for something else.. Had a bit of a mishap with my spoiler on my van it was hanging off the back which made it impossible to drive..went to 2 places which included a mechanic shop nearby but no one took the time to help me out at all..I decided to to try this one last place just as a last resort to see if they could recommend a auto body place close by due to the nature of their business. .. The 2 guys working in the morning actually ended up getting a temporary fix in place even though this is not their area of work at all. These 2 guys were the only ones who even took the time to actually look at the problem and help me out so that I could atleast have a drivable car which is a big need with small kids until my husband gets back in from town 2 days later to fix it himself. THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANKYOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND FOR BEING SUCH GOOD PEOPLE.

Ali and Emil are hard working pleasant men. I had a bit of an emergency and they took me in as fast as possible and took care of the concern. I have always seen them respectful and hard working with all and every guest in this location. Thank you gentlemen!
