Very friendly atmosphere

This place was just beyond amazing! I had the pleasure of being served by Doris and she is not only an amazing hair stylist but also so fun to be around! I have pitch black hair and wanted to get a caramel balayage and she delivered more than what I expected! She asked me questions every step of the way and made sure I’ll love the final result, which I did! I have really thick hair and a lot of it and most of the times in the past the hair stylists would make a big fuss about how much more work it is for them to do my hair but Doris was so sweet and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and did not complain even once! Everyone else at the salon also seemed very friendly and professional.I will definitely be a permanent customer here!

TL;DR unprofessional, incompetent, rudeMy fiancé had a horrible experience with Doris. After clearly communicating what she wanted, this woman proceeded to do the exact opposite. Intimidating my fiancé into silence as she worked. Butchering a haircut that wasn’t asked for; attempting to fix a dye job by another coworker using FABRIC DYE, and being rude and unprofessional during the entire ordeal. When asked for a refund for failing both times, she was told “the product used is too expensive” even though they messed up her hair to begin with. Avoid this place at all costs. 0/10
