When we first told people about our renovations and the timing for them, everybody would tell us the same thing: Your cabinets are going to be so late

I did a main floor renovation in my home including a kitchen and a powder room where Cutwell was contracted to do the cabinetry. I had a fantastic experience with Cutwell that I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will definitely be engaging with them again in the future with additional projects.Initially, I dealt with my overall reno contractor for the high level kitchen layout. Then I met with Anastacia at Cutwell to decide what style I wanted, woods, stains, handles and hinges. I provided some sample pictures of what the overall style and feel I wanted... then Anastacia took it from there. After a short period, she got back to me with detailed architectural drawings and they were pretty much bang on with what I had in my mind. She also suggested some things to take advantage of every square inch of space (pullout cabinet and floor level kick drawers) that I hadn't seen before... but just had to have. I was torn between a couple of wood choices and stains (darker than what they had on hand), but Anastacia arranged getting a custom stain mixed up and sampled on a couple different pieces of wood so I could see them firsthand. That was awesome and helped me decide and made the end result so much more exact and pleasing.Bassem and his crew prepared the cabinet boxes and delivered/installed in advance so the templating for the stone countertop could take place before the rest of the cabinetry was ready to go.Hadi was their installer and he was amazing, extremely meticulous in his work... and as OCD as I am, not many people meet my finicky standards... Hadi did and then some. Can't give enough props to Hadi as he spent multiple days on it and a lot of fine precise detail work... I spent every minute he was here watching him work, not because he needed to be watched but because he was a master of his craft and an artist" IMO... and I immensely enjoyed watching him work!Once all was completed

They showed up on time and took care while installing their products. They are responsive and quick at trouble-shooting any issues. They also coordinated with the stone company for us, which I highly recommend because having them coordinate the stone makes the kitchen install go smoothly. Cutwell facilitated using some remnants from our quartz slab in our master shower niche and curb, without charge, and we really appreciated this added value gesture.I am really happy we selected Cutwell as our kitchen company and hope to work with them again in the future.

Bassem and his team are amazing! They have done 3 kitchens for my family and each one has been great. There is not another company I would go to for custom cabinetry. Cutwell worked with us for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Anthony and Anastacia were a pleasure to work with and cared about how we use the space as a family. Their attention to detail and all other aspects from delivery (a great team of guys) to installation (Nick) very professional. The turn around time was quicker than I expected. We had a great experience with Cutwell while renovating our bathrooms and kitchen. The team at Cutwell really captured our vision, enhanced it with their great suggestions and made it reality.We especially loved their attention to detail. They maximized storage space in our condo sized rooms without sacrificing style and functionality. They were meticulous about measurements to make everything fit perfectly and were mindful of the particularities of condo requirements. We love details like finished gables and under cabinets, metal pins to hold shelves, pullout shelves spaced out according to our specifications, etc.Cutwell also had very reasonable lead times which meant that once the room was ready for the final measuring, the cabinetry was ready soon after.

The team is professional, friendly, and attentive, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with every detail, providing great suggestions along the way. Not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it is so functional and the quality is excellent, from the cabinets to the hinges and drawer hardware. When I chose a glass door style that had not been done before, the designer requested that a sample be made so that I can see the final look before deciding. We really appreciated that extra step!And finally, as others have mentioned, installation was so well done, with so much attention to detail.
