Amazing chef, his family-owned and run restaurant is welcoming and he cares about his service. We had breakfast and it was all made perfect. A million chef's kisses!!!

Nice, small town and family run cafe. Good service and the food is top notch as you can tell the owner really cares about the food he is serving. It is not far off the highway and I highly recommend this as a stop as there is a gas station across the way too. I will probably stop here in the future as this kind of place really speaks to Saskatchewan’s small town roots. Breakfast all day and burgers of all sorts.

This place had some cool things in it. We stopped for breakfast, the hash browns are really good! Clean place, friendly service. We ended up buying some wicked artwork from the owners daughter.

Opened up early for us after we spend the night in the parking lot in our semi truck lots of semi truck parking real good food restaurant is open again

Owner was amazing. I got a call just before I was about to eat my eggs breakfast and by the time the call was over the eggs were cold. He went ahead without me saying anything and reheated my meal and made new eggs for me. Above and beyond!

Not only is this the best service I’ve had but it’s also the best burger I had in all of Canada when I travelled from west coast to east coast. The rest of his menu is just as good and so hearty you’ll feel like you stopped at your cool chef uncles house for dinner. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Owner is super friendly, the food is delicious! And the place has a nice rustic rockabilly feel to it. If you’re in the area and want some great diner food then I definitely recommend Shotgun Cafe in Chaplin, SK.
