This is a great company , they are very friendly and professional. I was surprised by the honesty and integrity as it is hard to find in this buisness but the team at Kingston Pro Painters have it , you can tell that they take pride in the job they do. At the end of the day you will be pleased with result and the price is fair which is also a bonus. I will be using them again for sure as I am very happy with the results and like I said the people there are great, the professional and integrity makes it easy and enjoyable to do buisness with.

Jordan was lovely. The job was completed quickly and they squeezed us in earlier then predicted, however, there were issues and not all were addressed. Our quote didn't cover the full scope of work which was a surprise as we were pretty clear about what we wanted. The gentlemen who did the painting also did not use any painters tape resulting in a job that does not appear professionally done.

This guy is a joke!. I made an appointment with for 5:00pm three days in advance. Told him i'm coming from out of town and that my wife and real estate agent would be there at condo. He confirms via text that he will be there at 5pm sharp. 5:45pm no show. I text him, he calls me rude ,and a lunatic because I was upset that he stiffed us. I have all his rude texts...AVOID at all costs.

In 2017 we hired Jordan Hoover and his team to paint the outside of our house. We were very happy with his work so had him epoxy paint our concrete landings. He always guarantees his work and would find a solution to most challenges. By spring 2018, after the thaw, it was evident that water was bubbling up the paint and it was peeling. We emailed Jordan in May to let him know. He seemed surprised and vowed that he would ensure it got fixed. The summer was his busy time so we waited months and emailed several more times. By September he still hadn't contacted us with a solution and stopped answering our emails. Although he states he used an expert to apply this product, I think he got in over his head using a product he may not have been comfortable with and now doesn't have the professionalism and curtesy to deal with us.

Jordan and his crew were awesome. We had them redo the rec room and now it looks great. They finished on time and offered on a reasonable budget. They made sure we were happy with the work before they left and even did a follow up visit the next day, to confirm. Quality crew, quality work. If you're trying to match colours, this team has the 'paint master' ! Thanks for all the hard work KPP!

Kingston Pro painters were prompt and courteous. They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner and our rooms look great! We will definitely use them again for future painting needs!
