My sister bought a car for here last year, a few month's later she had an issue with it, when she tried to get a hold of them they would tell her they would call her back and never did after several attempts she did finally talk to them they apparently fixed it and again a little while later had the same issue and again, now again she's trying to get ahold of them and they keep saying they will call back and never do!!!!

Bought a car when I had no other option. I love the car, the service was great and very fast. I had nothing bad to say about them at all. Until i referred my mom to buy a car from them. She did. Excellent sale, great things to say about them as well. Jeff had her confirm that I refferred her and said I would recieve a $500 referral cheque. Being a single mom, of course I was looking forward to it. That was about 5 months ago now. He has been dodging me, not returning calls, ignoring texts, and straight up lying to me. He said he mailed it a month ago. He did not. He said he 'doesn't do business this way' and even apologized knowing he would never make it right. Its not that I am upset about the money, but I am upset with how unprofessional he suddenly became. His wife too, she also tried to 'help' me. They should only promise what they can actually do. Selling cars, sure. Keeping their word? Not a chance.

I am so satisfied with Tori and Jeff autos! Caleb was there to help me every step of the way and answer any questions I may of had. Caleb was super responsive and fast to get things done, as soon as I got approved he delivered it to my door the next day! Thank you Caleb for your incredible service and helping me find a vehicle that fits my needs and expectations. You guys go above and beyond for your customers!

What a great experience I had with Tori & Jeff. Tori was extremely patient with me and never pressured me on any vehicles I was looking into. She answered every single questions (and they were a lot of them-sorry Tori ) and worked the best she could around my budget. I bought a 2018 hatchback Chevy Cruze - fully loaded They barely had the car for 2 days and they made sure it was ready to go in case I decided to buy it ( safetied and cleaned up). I dealt with Jeff mostly for the paperwork. He also took the time to go over the vehicle with me and even for a ride. He made sure he explained to me everything he knew.Overall, great and super nice people to deal with. I’ll definitely recommend anyone to go there.Thanks to you two for making this experience so smooth.
