Scotia Place Parking - Lot #308

Messiest parking lot in the city. Very random dead ends on the main floor. Also if you have a bigger vehicle, it’s difficult to get out of the dead-ends if all the spots are full and you have to back out.

Secured parking with attendant on site. Easy access to the tower.

Impark is a parking garage located in the basement of the Scotia Place building. They have a no-nonsense system that gets you in and out of there in no time. Ample parking spaces are available. An elevator is provided to take you the floor where you need to go. Upon your return to the parking garage, you’ll find a machine where you can pay your parking fee with card or cash. Simple instructions are provided and it gives you a receipt. Watch out for the steep drive on your way in.

Parked here Friday, September 24, for dinner and theatre, but when we got back (@ approximately 10:15pm), we were locked out of all doors, and were misled by the signs that told us to enter via the LRT concourse - which was also locked). Had to enter parkade by awkwardly walking down the ramp (which had ‘no pedestrians’ signs), and repeatedly hit the help button on parking entranceway - to no avail - before spotting the small security call button near garage door. Was told by security that they ‘like to lock up up 10’. And then waited until they opened door. The parking rates sign says evening parking rates until 12. There was another customer with us, a single woman, who was also in the same predicament. Hardly felt safe for us, trying to find our way back to retrieve our cars! What gives?
