PJC Jean Coutu

If Jean Coutu can't keep up business hours that are a norm!! Close it up ....it actually disrupts people's life's...you know..people that been shopping at your establishment since the day you opened!! Pharmaprix is across the street...will not spend money on a Cab to to at a Québécois establishment no longer....hope more will do the same.. .And Covid- 19 as nothing to do with it please!!! If so...pay your employees properly!! God damm!!

Very nice staff, a little small, and because of that they don't have everything. But they are good.

Choose another pharmacy. Got here for medication post surgery, didnt give instructions upon payment. Same happened for another family member. When requested information, didnt know why doctor prescribed medication. Another day, I asked at reception, please check which medication has how many refill. She answered you have no refill for any. I asked Are you sure? She said yes. I specifically asked for one medication, then she answered oh that one you have one refill". Duhhh! I replied it should have refill for 1 year

This is the pharmacy that I go to for everything my child needs from medication to his milk n food but thrs this lady who is extremely rude very very rude if she doesn’t like the job she can just quit n let the store employ a person who loves the job.I’m so glad my last two trips I did not see her I hope she left n if I see her I will put her name here so that you can avoid asking her for any help or questions.Overall I enjoy shopping here I get everything I need for my baby.

Calling over the phone for information the guy was rude and had an attitude I don’t know If that’s how Canadians are when it comes to customer service but it was rude. But thank God I kept my mouth.

This particular Jean Coutu is not very friendly. The staff follow you around and treat you like you're a thief. Not very welcoming.

To be honest, I don't know if it this specific Jean-Coutu or the people working behind the pharmacy counter, but this is the 4th time that I call 3 days in advance to renew a prescription, even getting a text confirming that my medication is ready and waiting, I show up 2 days later just to find out that one medication hadn't even been ordered yet. They had to order it then and there and I have to wait till tomorrow.What is the point of having all these services to call, use an app, give a cell phone number to get confirmation texts, just to show up and see it was a waste of time? It's also a waste of gas having to go back and forth just because the counter person was too lazy to make a phone call the day of the order.Not happy after having mediocre service at 3 Jean-Coutu in Mtl-North. The two star is for this specific J-C clearly. But I will try another one next month and if it happens again, I'll probably switch over to Pharmprix or Uniprix.

My medication is always available when needed.The employees are always friendly and ready to help when you need something.A very good climate in general.I thank all.
