We were not told that they subcontract the work and only discovered this the morning the team arrived. There was sadly a lack of follow through on verbal agreements made. It all seemed very positive in the beginning. But the confusion that arose due to the lack of transparency and follow through cost us money.

Do not use this company! They did such a horrible job to my roof that I noticed 2 years after the work was done that I had bubbles and round circles appearing in my living room.I called the company and was told someone would be coming to my home that Monday, they never came so I called back and still a no show on the third call the lady was surprised that the guy didn't come as he wrote that he did on the fourth call I told her I was worried because we had heavy rain that it would start to leak well the very next day the guy showed upHe never went to my roof to check.He came in and declared it was an attic problem and went into the top of my attic took a bunch of photos in the dark he did not walk around my attic he declared my attic filled with mold and he's never seen such a site came and sat with me all sympathetic being very kind saying the job is 24.000 but in 10 mins changed it to 17.000 the took photos of my ceiling and cut off a piece to apparently run it to a lab.He then kept sending me at night emails in a passive aggressive manner that I need to get this done right away.On advice from my children I called in another company who went on the roof to see it was a faulty job by this company and it caused a tiny bit of mold two companies came in to fix the faulty job of this company.Both companies together cost under 10.000I have a warranty with this company but I chose to get their faulty job fixed by another because they are horrible and try to take advantage of people.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Never trust the warranty given by this company. I just purchased a home and the roof was done by them, I still have a warranty for it. A leak from ventilation happened during the winter and I called them; they postponed for April. when calling them yesterday, the gentleman remembered me, he was hostile and told me call other contractors. I'm very unhappy, depending to the damage cost, I may decide to file a complaint against them in small claims court.Besides, please look at the previous comments, when unsatisfied comments entered and when the counter-evaluations with 5 start added after every complaint.... The company is faking in every aspect.

The quotation given was accurate, the work was carried out professional and clean, the end result is a great roof, with friendly, professional service. Mille fois merci!

these people are excellent they installed my roof quickly and gave me a great price compared to other roofers they cleaned up after they finished and I am completely happy with their work I highly recommend them

Long story short, they somehow messed up our skylight flashing/caulking and now there's a leak whenever we have strong rain from the west. They tried to say it's our skylight that's defective, which had been PERFECT before the roof job, suggested we should replace the skylight (but that size and shape are no longer manufactured). There's been no repair in the 4 years since the botched job and the company doesn't respond to our calls any more. By the way, our roof was perfectly fine before as well, for over 30 years, but we wanted to avoid potential future problems so we changed it. Bad decision.

Great Service from Marc-André. He guided and helped me for my Organic settlement Class action on top on answering all the questions i had. Shingles were installed properly, quickly and was followed by a clean up before the team left.Happy to recommend Marc-André and his team!

Unfortunately, my experience was not great. Since we replaced the roof, we have had 2 leaks. One of them damaged the ceiling in the kitchen. They repaired the leaking roof but told me the kichen ceiling was my responsibilty. Really? Your roofing jobCAUSED the damage.

They changed the shingles of the roof of my house about a week ago and I am very unsatisfied with their unprofessional service. They overcharged me on my contract over 2k$ and did not even complete the job. They did the roof with one month of delay and rushed to finish the job in half a day. I would not recommend this roofing company to anyone at all…

We had our roof re-shingled, new gutters, attic insulation, painted shutters and window caulking done by Les Toitures Président. We were quoted a fair price but in the end the prices kept changing and we overpaid by about 2000. Definitely recommend getting everything in writing, DETAIL FOR DETAIL. Caulking around our windows looked unprofessional. Do not recommend getting them to paint shutters. We had communications problems with almost everything. The company they hire to do the gutters were very good but again we had communication issues with Les Toitures Président. The shingles look very nice, but we see some shingles on the edges that need to be cut better. We were told once everything is complete, they would come back to inspect to make sure aok, almost 2 months later and no one has returned. The job is still not done and it seems like they are ignoring our calls. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will not be recommending this company to friends.Following this review, Patrick came to visit to discuss our concerns. We appreciated his honesty and efforts to help fix our issues.
