Color Your World

Bought some Zinnser 123 primer here. 65 dollars plus tax. Checked homedepot after I got home and they only want 42 dollars. So Color Your world overcharges greatly for same product. Tried to support small business but not paying those prices. Learned my lesson. Can’t shop there anymore.

Great staff and service

Very disappointed. I had an oil painting framed in this store a number of years ago. The painting was a gift and the giver came to see me recently and was quite distressed that it had glass placed over it. I called and the framer actually got a little defensive and told me we must have asked for it to be done that way, and that I should take it apart myself and remove the glass. I said I was not comfortable doing that. Basically, I was tough out of luck. I originally thought Michael's had done it, and they were more than willing to fix the mistake. Completely different attitude. My understanding is that the framer from Color Your World is the manager, so maybe customer service training might be in order. My painting is not only monetarily valuable, but sentimental as well. By the way, Michael's is not only going to fix it for nothing, but also check out the others that were done by Color Your World, free of charge.

I’m a contractor and buy a lot of paint. Usually use dulux or lyons. I went to colour your world in a pinch because they were close. Service was exceptional. I’ll be bringing. My business there soon
