Marwan was a fantastic technician. Our hard drive had completely collapsed, he patiently walked us through all the options available to us and the associated fees, nothing was a surprise. I have used Tech Espresso many times and was always happy with the service I received. My last experience was so bad, though, I will never hire them again. This company is great to work with until something goes wrong and then they are very dismissive and defensive.I hired them to set up a new Surface laptop for me. The technician accidentally used the charging cable from the new laptop on the old one. It destroyed the battery, which I found out later is almost impossible to replace on a Surface without causing damage.I understand it was an accident, but I would have expected him to at least check to make sure he wasn't using the new charger, because he mentioned later that I needed to be very careful not to mix them up. I had no idea that my Surface would be ruined by plugging in the new cable or I would have stopped him. I texted him as soon as I saw an issue and he called me. We texted some more and he said he could fix it. Then I didn't hear anything back from him.So I contacted Tech Espresso directly via the chat on their website to explain the situation and find out how they could help me. Their website clearly states they guarantee their work.The person I was dealing with on the chat made it very clear that I would need to deal with the technician directly and that any cost of the repair would come out of his pocket. I tried to explain that I didn't think I should have to deal with the issue to get resolved, that Tech Espresso should work with their technician and come back to me with a solution. I explained that he was putting me, the customer, in a very difficult situation by not stepping in and figuring out what Tech Espresso was going to do to help me fix my Surface. His final words to me on the chat were Life is hard sometimes. I apologize for the mishap. We are all human. We will get this repaired for you." But it was very clear that he meant their technician

I have used this service twice this year. Both times I was very impressed with the quality of the representatives and their work for me. The job was accomplished in the booking time recommended or under, and the work was of high quality. I also did not feel like I was oversold, if anything, the quick service and advice included ideas to save money.I will call again and highly recommend this company.

I live in New Sarepta, southeast of Edmonton. Rabih came from Edmonton to repair my computer. He was pleasant, quick, efficient, and certainly knew what he was doing with all the parts and pieces sorted to perfection. He also helped me with extra questions about using the different Apps on the computer to help me figure things out. Excellent service!! I would call them again when needed and will let everyone know that this guy and the company are absolutely the best! Thank You!!!

Marwan the Wiz fixed and educated me on how lucky I was that my Dell didn't crash on itself. He fixed my PC in 5 minutes and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic service!!! couldn't have been easier and there is no question about using there services in the future. The monitor cable was worn out and the tech diagnosed it, ordered a new one and then met me on a Saturday to install while I had time in my schedule. Please do not trust this business with your valuables, the technicians wrecked my 1500$ MacBook Pro. tech expresso referred me to Screen Country (third party supplier they claim they work with) stating I must order the screen on my own as it was costly and promising they were a good partner company that supplied original apple products, later finding out through screen country that it’s a similar manufacturer as Apple, sometimes refurbished. Anyway— I ordered the screen as directed by TECH EXPRESSO, technician William came, my screen was working but cracked- laptop STILL USABLE AND WORKING, he installed the new screen and it wouldn’t turn on stating the product from screen country was faulty, he then took it off and installed my old screen back, the screen is now completely blacked out and the MacBook does not turn on at all. He then blames the new screen and says it damaged the logic board. i order a new screen from screen country and another tech comes, now the laptop doesn’t turn on at all— IT WAS NEVER SCREEN COUNTRY, both units were tested and working it was WILLIAMS INSTALLATION. I took it to three shops today and they told me whoever installed it messed up the wiring and now I need a new logic board. I am waiting to speak to the manager to see if they have enough integrity to assist me with their mistake. Do not go here , there is no guarantee and they will damage your laptop and take no accountability. I took every step tech expresso directed me to take and now am in the worst position possible with a dead MacBook. It was never the screen but the technician. DO NOT GO HERE. This company is a complete scam. Let’s see if they replace my laptop or compensate for a new logic board. Very very very disappointed. Oh also, the second tech that came decided to break my existing screen even more, the glass is completely shattered at the bottom. These are not professionals, please read the one star reviews and note their unprofessional responses as well. Horrible company horrible ethics

Very good experience with these guys replacing the keyboard on my laptop. They provided a new keyboard and installed it in my home - arriving at exactly the appointed time with automated update reminders beforehand. Their pricing was quite reasonable too.
