Nancy was excellent to work with! She is very knowledgeable of the Blind Bay and Salmon Arm areas. She made herself available to us when we were able to visit from out of town. Nancy Bell put our house in Blind Bay, B.C. on the market. On her first visit she gave us an approximate suggested sell price but wanted to do a market comparison, after which she thought we could get about $15,000.00 more than her first assessment. Nancy Bell is an absolutely incredible realtor! Not only did she get me an extra 100k for my place, compared to other realtors who wanted to lowball my place just to get the listing. She went above and beyond all the others. Heck, she even helped us move our furniture out as the new owners wanted a quick turn around.I’m sure their are other realtors who would have done what she did but I wasn’t able to find one! Trust me I looked long and hard. All I was able to find was disappointment and broken promises from the six realtors I was able to contact. Thank you Nancy! My brother and I are forever grateful!
