I ordered online as my niece lives in Thunder Bay and I don't. I made a few mistakes ordering and called in. Everything was fixed easily and the gentleman i spoke with was very friendly and happy to help me. They delivered on time (even though i didnt indicate a time until calling back hours later, leaving only a few hours before they needed to be sent) and were beautiful! Thank you!!

Though the Irises I ordered online were not available, the shop did call me early that day to find a suitable alternative. They did a great job looking for the right flowers to create something with a similar appearance and listened to my requests. The final arrangement was beautiful.

very disappointed. my mother is 78 yrs old and loves fresh cut flowers. they were delivered yesterday and today are drooping and dying. with tax i paid over $78 for the florist DELUXE bouquet and when the picture was sent to me i couldn't believe it. not at all impressed. i don't see my mother very often and this was a terrible disappointment.

A flower was wilted probably from the delivery in the northern temps. The owner came to our place and made it right with a couple of extra surprises. Can't say enough! Great service and great quality arrangements. Thank you
