I found House of Bikes while searching for a used road bike. Alex had a beautiful red and white Specialized Tarmac listed that I had to try out. He answered all my questions about how it compared to newer bikes, and other more expensive options he had available in my size. I absolutely love this bike! It's been well-maintained, came sparkly clean and tuned to run perfectly. Amazing customer service!!

Picked up an S-Works Epic WC from Alex at House of Bikes. Traded a few bikes I had and the deal was fair. Alex was excellent and answered all my questions and made sure I was totally comfortable with the S-Works. Highly recommend HOB and Alex! Posted a few pics in the photo section of Google for HOB. Alex @ HOB was AMAZING!!!!! I've never had such a level of customer service in my life! I ordered the bike online over 6 hours away! Not only did Alex take the time to make sure the bike was the perfect fit for me but he personally delivered it! This is unheard of! He did a full delivery with me to make sure I knew how the bike operated and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left! All my future bike purchases will be done with Alex from House of Bikes!I will be smiling for years to come on my mint condition Tracer MTB!Thank you so much Alex!
