Mark and Paul are absolutely fantastic. Paul has helped me several times with all my music needs with incredible knowledge and enthusiasm. There is no one I trust more with a purchase or maintenance. Mark and Paul were also extremely generous and gave back to the community by donating a guitar to a charity I work with for auction. They are quality guys for sure! Mark's service was fantastic, he answered my questions about the Yamaha bass that I was looking for in a timely manner, and still made me feel like a valued customer despite our communication via email. Kids have been taking music lessons here for 10 years. Always great teachers and service.I've bought three guitars and a digital piano from them in the last three years. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

I was looking to purchase a guitar to gift as a birthday present and had no knowledge of what I was looking for. They were very professional and patient in helping me make the right choice with no pressure to purchase unlike other places. Highly recommend RS Music if you are looking for instruments. Both of my daughters and I have been taking piano lessons at RS Music for a few years. It has been a wonderful experience for us. The teachers at RS Music are professional and enthusiastic. They make learning music so much fun. After joining last year summer jam at RS, my daughters started taking guitar and drum lessons. I am amazed of how good they are already. They are having a blast in the summer jam this year. We also bought an electric guitar and drum set from RS. Wide variety & great price!!! Thank you RS Music!!!!!

I’m satisfied with the digital piano I bought from RS music, it was totally worth the wait. Also I want to thank Paul, who is responsible and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely choose RS music again if I need instruments in the future.

Was looking for a new guitar for myself and a keyboard for my 6 year old daughter to see if it would be something she would be interested in long term. Paul was very knowledgably and talked me through our options at various price points and was very confidant in my decision. The overall shopping experience was much better than one of the big box music stores and way less intimidating! Would definitely recommend shopping here.Couldn't be happier. Extremely friendly staff and unbelievable customer support. I was inquiring about a new travel/practice amp that the store had listed on Amazon. From the moment I called, Rolo was very helpful and accommodating in getting me the amp as quick as possible. Rather than ordering from amazon and waiting for shipping she instructed me to use their web store and we arranged an Uber connect pickup to get me the amp the same day. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her level of care and customer service in getting me my new amp.
