I’ve called the company for two separate projects. Once was for my basement foundation, which was a pretty pleasant experience. My other experience with them was unfortunately quite unpleasant. I found that the process was not transparent and the communication was lacking. I also felt that I was being charged too much for the work that was being done and that the proposed work was perhaps overkill for the job that I needed done. In the end, I did not feel comfortable working with this company.

Very happy with service and workmanship I received from Mr Foundation. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work their team was extremely professional and helpful. They walked me through step by step what was going on and how they would fix it. Highly recommend them for any of your foundations needs.

That black f150 with the logo on it is an absolutely terrible driver. All over the highway , no signal, cut us off with my kids in the back seat. Loser

Really great job by Devon and crew, super friendly, honest, and cleaned things up after they were done. We had a crack along foundation where garage meets the house repaired. We were also supposed to have another area at the back of the house fixed, however, once Devon started chipping away he realized it was just a spot with really bad parging and no foundation issue underneath which was a nice surprise! I'm glad they didn't do the work just because it was scheduled by the original person who did the inspection (who was also nice, but obviously it was just a visual inspection).

I got in touch with Mr. Foundation about a basement leak, and got a fast reply and great service. The representative was on time, professional, and efficient. He examined and diagnosed my leak and suggested some next steps to address it. Turns out my foundation is fine, and it's most likely my basement shower, but if I have any issues I will definitely keep Mr. Foundation in mind! Thanks

The work itself was fine but the communication was terrible. They told us they had us scheduled for service for the first week of July and they would contact us a week before the set it up. First week of July started in June so I thought maybe they meant the following week. I emailed them the second week of July, no response so I called them and then they got back to me towards the end of the second week and said they would be there at the end of the following week. We asked to re-schedule to the following Monday, they said no problem. Monday morning when they were supposed to start, they emailed me after they were supposed to have started and said they were short staffed and had to re-schedule, it's a crazy time for everyone, not a big deal, would have preferred a call but not a big deal. I then replied to the e-mail with a few dates that would work for us and asked for them to let me know when they could re-schedule it for. I heard nothing. The next morning I was at work and my wife was woken up as they showed up. I checked my email and they emailed an hour before they showed up to say they would be there. I rushed home and the worker in charge was very pleasant but he didn't even know where he was doing the work. I got them set up and they did the work but then just left without any updates. They fixed the crack on the outside but didn't touch the inside. I emailed to get an update and heard nothing. The next morning they showed up again and woke my wife while i was at work. I zipped home but they left by the time I got there. I found time to call their office and a few hours later they finally got back to me and let me know they'd be there in an hour to finish the job. The work itself I think is good but I won't know until the spring as I received no updates about the progress.Long story short, friendly staff, poor communication. Left my Wife and I very stressed.

We had repairs completed on our foundation in early May and the men who worked on the repairs as well as the office staff were tremendous. They were knowledgeable, communicative, friendly and thorough. They completed the large job in 2 days and were very fair with the price paid. Additionally, we had Mr. Foundation complete previous work very successfully about 4 years ago. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again. Their job was excellently completed.

Great experience throughout from initial consultation, contract details and subsequent adjustments, work site cleanliness/safety, quality of foundation repair. We found them to be very responsive to communications via phone and email. Glad we chose Mr. Foundation for the project!
