One of the best high end tile. And plumbing fixture shops in Quebec City. Customer service is exceptional and selection and prices are excellent. Both at the showroom and warehouse, always an amazing experience.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires mais cette fois-ci, la qualité du service qui m'a été offert par leur conseiller David Desrosiers mérite d'être soulignée. Il a été très professionnel, proactif et son service mérite grandement 5 étoiles. Merci beaucoup!

Service aimable, compétent, efficace. Je cherchais des cartouches pour mon robinet Robi qui fuyait, la personne qui m'a répondu (Sandie) a pris l'initiative de me rappeler qu'il était toujours sous garantie. Je n'avais pas conservé mon reçu d'achat ? Aucun problème, elle en a retrouvé la trace sur son système. À mon arrivée, tout était prêt : une copie de mon ancienne facture et des cartouches toutes neuves. Et le sourire en prime.

Soligo's 5 year warranty comes with unwritten conditions.I have a Rubi Hanna unit installed in my condo in downtown Montreal. After 2 years the shower head started losing it's chrome coating on the underside. After 3 years the temperature control started malfunctioning. At 5 years the thermal cartridge failed. After contacting Soligo, they will replace the thermal cartridge but have refused to replace the shower head because I live in Montreal where the water is hard". Every other manufacturer has a solid 5 year warranty regardless of where you are in Quebec or Canada for that matter.Don't bother with this company

Poor customer service. I have ordered part from this place through Tubs a distributer of their products in ontario. Parts person for rubi faucets named jennifer has promised part to be sent and for the third week nothing been sent. I have opened shower wall for three weeks because somebody is too irresponsible to send one part.
