I had Holly help me with my tricky long feet w long arch - needed to find a shoe that didn’t look too big on me but that provided the heel, arch and toe support I need. She was amazing and even though they’re a busy store, she kept coming back to help me find the right fit and brand for the many pairs of shoes I tried on. Thank you Holly!!

I originally went in to get some ankle braces for volleyball (which Lavisha helped me find the exact right size) but was curious with their shoes they had on display. I was looking for a pair of volleyball shoes, wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for and Lavisha helped me find the right pair with ease. Once I put on the Asics on in a game, the comfort of the gel and front rocker that she recommended definitely upped my skills compared to the fly knits that I was wearing previously. Would recommend this store for all your footwear needs as they really add that extra health perspective!

Holly helped us pick out some shoes and help us with our orthotics. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped us pick shoes that were perfect for our lifestyles and our foot type. We had a wonderful experience. I wanted water-resistant shoes and they had even more models in the back. They had a great selection of shoes! She help us a lot with our orthotics as well. We’re very happy with them!!

Keiler and his team are absolutely fantastic. They are so knowledgeable, professional and kind. My husband and I were fortunate to be seen by Keiler and the custom orthotics we purchased are game changers, especially as someone with extreme bunions. Their selection of shoes are of exceptional quality and everyone will do their best to find you the products that will make your feet feel much better. I really want to thank Keiler and all the staff for their help, we'll definitely be back to buy more Hokas!

Please note that if your shoes are defective and start falling apart in under two weeks that they will not return or exchange them.Service was good on the front end at purchase, but unfortunately when attempting to get support afterwards was refused. They offered to patch a small section of the shoe, but the scale of damage meant that it would have only lasted perhaps another week or two.

From my experience, Its VERY hard to find experts being truly involved, patient and professional in their professions nowadays. However, that is not the case with Hollys exceptional shoe fitting service. Moreover, after explaining my past ankle problems she recommended a very functional type of ankle brace that I never knew would work for me until I tried it.My advice to Kintec is to take care of their team, especially the one in Port Moody for without them there would be no Kintec.

I am so satisfied with the customer service. I was originally entering just to look around in hopes that I would find a pair of running shoes for my foot type. I have been searching for a few years as I have an awkard foot type and simply don't know what footwear works the best for me. Humam was able to help me finally find a pair of running shoes (after 3 years of searching). Not only did I find shoes I loved but I became well verse with my foot type and running shoes associated with that. I will be coming back for more shoes in the near future hoping Humam is there to help! thank you!!

Both my huband and son have flat feet so have been in the past for orthotics and shoes. Recently, we all needed good walking shoes for an upcoming trip. Nona was very helpful and found each of us some great options to choose from. We all made a purchase (or two), and I sent someone travelling with us to see them later that week.
