Dairy Queen (Treat)

Ordered a blizzard because they're packed with toppings even more than mcflurries. Lol we got plain vanilla ice cream in more than 2/3 of the cup. Next time I'll get the mcflurry instead.

I was trying to redeem the free ice cream coupon, I showed the cashier everytime I made a new account it would not work, there was something wrong with the app, the two girls working were rude, kept ignoring us and taking other customers and we had a cake waiting to cash out as well, they said there was nothing they can do, we asked for a manager and they said there is no manager available and we had to call customer service, customer service also was not reachable, they did not want to help us, both girls working delivered the worst customer experience I have ever experienced at dairy queen, they did not offer us a bag or asked us if we wanted anything written on the cake, we were so upset we left with an incomplete cake because they did not want to help us as they continued to cash out customers coming after us and ignoring our needs, the cakes are not cheap and the service was disgusting, other customers had similar issues and they just dismissed them and the customers left upset, will never visit this location again, this was on July 16 2023, we arrived at 6 and wasted 40 minutes we will not get back. Do not recommend this location, I would rather drive all the way to North York location where you receive better service from people who care about your order. I highly recommend more training for this staff, as a retail store manager i know what goes into running a store and this is a great way to lose future customers and lead to store closures.

I feel really bad for the poor guy working by himself here (pretty sure there's a legal issue with that too, but what do I know). There's this really great promotion and there's a huge line of people waiting. The worker is nice and is obviously doing his best, but I feel really bad because the management is probably horrendous, leaving one employee to work the store all by himself is just sad on management's part. I really hope this guy is getting paid decently (sadly I doubt it).Ps. Obviously I'm assuming he's not the manager, so if I'm wrong, oh well... He still shouldn't be alone. There really shouldn't be a line out the door and a 30 minute wait for ice cream.

We ordered 4 chocalate blizzard, ended up with 4 plain ice creams. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food chain, it’s obvious this was done on purpose, order was placed an hour before close and I guess the employees were still mad. I will be calling in through the week to speak to a manager.

The time was 9:55pm on January 9th, 2023. The DQ worker was walking out of the store and locking up. He had his own Blizzard in his hand, for the drive home. I drove from Milton, only.because they said they were open till 10pm. Find better workers

The service was awful. They got our whole order wrong (3); refused to acknowledge it and wouldn't provide our receipt which would have confirmed what we ordered. It was actually comical.

The employee was mopping the floor and when I entered he asked me to wait and come back until the floor is done. I waited five minutes before he was finished, when I re-entered he was nowhere to be found. I was stuck waiting for over five minutes and he never came so I left, it's almost like they aren't interested in serving customers.

Horrible customer service, waited a good 20+ plus to even place an order, even though the store was dead.Once the lady did acknowledge we where there she was rude and barely spoke to us.Ive never seen a more sad blizzard, barely any toppings, already melted when it was handed to me the guy didn’t even flip it.The store looks dirty and the counter with the toppings is covered in crumbs and sauce.Better off going to McDonalds.

I’m Uber Eats driver and i went there to pickup the order one hour before closing and there is no one inside

Not sure if workers were new but blizzards were nothing like photos.Tried a few times again. Seems like blizzards got better? But one time there was only one guy working and everyone was waiting so long. Please staff properly; one is not good at any time.
