Terrible customer service. Very rude of the owner to toss my keys back at me just for asking about a price check. As well as talking down at me after walking away. Please don't give these people your money.

First time I see such a rude customer service. The man was hardly speaking in English, behaved like I owned him $1 million dollars lol. Very strange. Very expensive at the same time. Did my shoes sole but forgot about heel. When I came to pick up my shoes and I was standing and checking the work done, he was looking at me like I am crazy lol. Even it’s close to my home, will never come back.

I had two pairs of hiking sandals to be fixed/altered. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and the price was reasonable. Picked them up and they are as good as new!

Told me they were closed an hour earlier than their posted hours. Only accepts cash too

Oct2021: Rude and unprofessional.Called in to check if they carried a leather shoe care product and when I asked about the size/volume of the product they stocked, was told to please check yourself!"... OK?!The guy clearly does not want to be there and could care less about customer service

Went in to repair a slipper & a finger protector that involved fabric(just like shoes). He looked at it & refused the work as if it was beneath him.He doesnt realize that by doing small jobs,people bring big jobs & word of mouth of how good a business is .The worst shoe repair service I have ever come across

First time being at this company and definitely will be the last time. Rep. working there gets upset at the fact that I wanted to pay for making copy of key with debit card. He gets angry and says only cash, looking at me like I did something wrong. I said to him where in your store does it say cash only and on the counter there is a debit(atm) machine. Do not understand! Than he throws the receipt on the counter with attitude bc I pay with card. If you are not happy where you're working please try something else. Worst customer service ever! Do not bother going there unless you want to be treated disrespectfully!

Copied 2 keys at $25 and one key at $4. Total after tax is $61.02. I came here when I was on my way to another store in the mall.One of the two $25 keys does not work. Returned during business hours to find the key copier isn’t in. And I can’t have the key remade.This place is 10 kms from my house. Round trip of 20 km cost me $10 in gas and mileage. 1 hr of my time during a weekday work hours.If I return to this location again it would have costed me 2 hrs of time and $20 in gas and mileage.I explained this to the lady attending the counter asking politely for a refund. She states the key blank is expensive and they do not give refunds. My time and car is way more expensive. So I’ll go find a store that has staff on hand during office hours and can reliably get things done.
