On March 21st I was returning from Victoria to Kelowna when I ran over a tarp like material. A few klm later I realized the plastic had got caught on my drive shaft. Fortunately I was at the turn off to Abbotsford and a Kal Tire on Coutts Way. Kal Tire has been a favorite of mine but this time and they really stepped up. I was scheduled for a Medical proceedure that i had been waiting for for over a year and was concerned I'd miss it. I was also very concerned about driving rhe Coquihalla and the Connector in the dark.Not only did they order a seal, have it delivered, they also shifted staff around and had me out of there in less than an hour. I managed to get home just before dark.Thank you to the staff especially the Supervising Mechanic for their help. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they very much deserved it. Thank you

Kal tire used to give good service but it has gone downhill. I have dealt with them for about 20 years but they have now lost me as a customer.

Head office customer care addressed an issue with professionalism and curiosity.

Broke down on HWY 2 SOUTH just outside of Gasoline Alley Red Deer Area with a blown tire called 3 Kal Tire stores in red deer and Innisfail AB area all refused service because I wasn't a commercial vehicle said I had a disabled husband with fused spine and a 8 yr old child Nope still nothing 2 hrs later my husband managers to get out and change tire and put the donut spare on called Kal Tire back ask for someone to meet us at shop in Innisfail so we could buy a full size tire or a set of 4 new tires. Yet again refused service because they only work on commercial vehicle after 5pm. Thanks Kal Tire for the wonderful service NOT. Normally deal with Kal Tire because my son works there with a super amazing boss in Edson AB area but I'll go elsewhere to buy my tires Thanks again for the service NOT

Don't ever work here. They'll use, abuse, and discard you like last week's leftovers. Current management is ruining this once respected brand.

I have been riding on BFGoodrich AT KO2's since they came out and BFG tires for more than four decades, they have never let me down. Though I live in Vancouver, I am in Vernon for family visits quite regularly and depend on my vehicle to get me to the interior through the mountain passes in any and all weather conditions, year round. While in Vernon I have had the good fortune to purchase tires from this shop. The shop, like the BFG product, has never let me down. With a knowledgable staff and dedicated service representative, KAL Tire" makes tire investment a pleasure. I know both my vehicle and I will be well cared for

Dropped in to hand in a resume, front line staff were very nice and helpful.The Atrium looks awesome and good to know they have used recycled material for the indoor design.

Bought 4 new Michelin Tires in Victoria BC - excellent service, friendly staff who said they loved working for Kal Tire and their quote was $150 less than any other shop in Victoria. What's not to like? No, I do not work there nor am not related to anyone there.

kal Tire claims to price match the price of tires do not believe it bought tires there one day later see the exact tires at Canadian tire thirty dollars cheaper a tire got the quote took it to Kal tire there they admitted the tires are cheaper but now told you have to add installation on to it so for short if you are buying tires check out Canadian tire first
