What a wonderful customer service.I was helped by Kel and she was a very knowledgeable, kind and uplifting person. She gave me recommendations and was very helpful in my decision making. I would definitely shop here again because she made me feel welcome and listened well. Great!

Went to Dog Wash for our St.Bernard.washed dog tried to drydog tue employee/manager exclaims oh its broken matter of factly. sowe had a very uncomfortable drive home . wont return

On Sunday, I purchased several items, including a 'slow down bowl' for a new addition to the family. It was $26.99. It's a dog food dish with design that forces the dog to eat slower.The dish was never used as the arrangement to get the puppy fell thru. The package was damned a bit from being in my bag with other items.I was NEVER told that it was not returnable. There is NO sign in the store to state this. There is NO 'final sale' on the receipt.I was assertive in regards to it being returned, I'm on a fixed income and there was NO reason to not accept a return. I had my receipt, item in package and it wasn't used and my bank card so the amount could be put back the way it was purchased.The silly girl at the register whined that she felt threatened and insisted the best she could do was a gift card which was of no value to me. She also informed me if was not her 'problem if I was not satisfied with my experience' YUP, really.I grabbed a betta heater off the shelf so that I would not need return to the store, ever. I am hopeful it will be sold on fb market place.The store was spotlessly clean. The staff was enept to resolve the issue. The store is disgustingly overpriced in almost all respects. 1 collar, 1 can of food, 1 dish and 4 dog chews was an incredible $74.The chews were only hooves, far from fancy.In the end, I went to the corporate site, and guess what? Dog dish was not listed as not returnable there either.I was given back the original receipt and not given one for the heater.*Please* avoid spending your money in a place with poor policies and worse pricing.Sincerely, T Lecomte.

The ladies were so very helpful! They had first aid supplies! Including blood stop, vet wrap, pawz booties in ALL sizes. I was completely shocked when one girl actually tried the bitter chew prevent to make sure it tasted bitter enough to stop my injured furbaby from licking his wounds. She went over and above what i expected, i am truly impressed... as that stuff tastes aweful. Give that girl a raise!!

Came into this store today and the staff were AMAZING. They went above and beyond, showing that they truly care about their customers and pets! Special shoutout to Sunshine, she made my week! Kudos to your staff, I'll forever shop here for my fur babies!!

I usually find what I am looking for here. I like it when they have jackets for dogs and toys on sale . I also like looking at their Beta fish .They have something for anyone that has a pet .

Like all PetValu locations this store features an excellent dog washing station including: two fully equipped tile tubs, hand-held spray nozzle, adjustable water temperature, complimentary use of their towels, blow dryers (cold air only) and even complimentary treats to help reward your pup for good measure.Staff are all friendly and helpful, with a genuine appreciation for all animals and their human customers. A great place to get your pup all cleaned up between grooming sessions!
