Great service, fast and efficient! They helped my swap to a new phone and took care of all the set up.

The woman who helped me was amazing! I stood outside a bit earlier than the time they opened but she let me in anyways and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them?Then she set up my online website account for me!Amazing service - would 100% recommend!

Fantastic service all around.Upon walking into the store I was greeted by a Telus employee (I didn't get her name) who was on her way out. Instead of greeting me and leaving, she went above and beyond to ensure that (while her colleague was helping another customer) I was set up to save whatever I could and have the best experience with Telus as possible.This is very important to me as I was leaving Freedom for this exact reason, it's horrendous customer service and accountability.I was then helped by Mohammed who was immediately helpful and up-to-date with why I was there (thanks to the communication between him and the colleague that greeted me) and also went above and beyond to ensure I was having the best experience possible.He everyone, especially Mohammed, was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Naigel was very busy when I came in, and did a great job juggling the requests of all the customers. He helped me find a solution to my problem that fit my budget and schedule. Most importantly, he was very kind and patient. I went in ready to be frustrated and left feeling good about my experience instead!

My husband updated our phone plan through Alex, and the transition from one plan to the next was easy. The only thing is we were waiting for the text to my phone to activate the plan on my phone, but we didn’t receive so I'm not certain the plan is active.

They were really helpful and solved my billing problem. And their services are wonderful too.

I just witnessed an elderly woman with her walker struggling to get out of the store, the width of the door made it extremely hard for her, I immediately ran over to held the door open for her, the two employees just sat there chatting with each other and did nothing to help (May 15, 2023 at approximately 3:35pm). That's just flat out asinine. If that's how they treat the elderly, what happens when you need help to deal with your plans?

Super duper mega over the top Excellent service and experience.All my anxiety and anxiousness left me when Alex was working with me on my new purchase of my iPhone pro max.Questions were answered clearly and I was a pleasure to be at this store. I had previously worked with a fellow that was managing this location (josh) whom is no longer there. Same deal , excellent service.

We arranged a Koodo plan to replace our existing one at Clearwest Solutions. We needed advice and support rather than undertaking this online. We were taken through the process very efficiently and courteously and had our new account created and a new SIM provided within about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later the service was activated. We had a very good experience and would recommend Clearwater to others.
