I ordered a part online for $25, recieved it a week later, which was inside a brand new package broken. I live 30 minutes from town (another $25 in gas) and already know they're going to tell me I have to contact the seller, which I already tried and after waiting 30 minutes on hold I got a representative who was not able to help me because of the language barrier.So I decided to take the loss, order another part from a different company and swear I'll never purchase another thing from best buy.

Best Buy in Moncton Nb is a very friendly environment. It didn’t matter how many questions you ask they are more then happy to answer. Another interesting thing I feel buyers should know is that the employees there do not receive commission on their sales. So don’t worry about anyone trying to sell you something expensive to make commission.

Worst Black Friday organization this year 2022, people should be trained. Bought phone last year, they called next day I made request on website. This year they called after 4 days. Doesn’t matter what I was registered for on website, no deals at that time lol. Keep going, bottom is near by.

Me trying to upgrade my phone at Bestbuy. I called their number to ask them if they have a Google Pixel 7 Pro in stock but the number only takes me to the call center. No direct number to the store. So, I went there and waited in line. An employee comes over and asked for my name and number and they will text me when its my turn. Sure, sounds fair enough. Before I gave them my info. I asked him to see if he has a Google Pixel 7 Pro in stock. And he said Yes. He said it will be 20-30 minute wait so I just browsed around the store.....1h45 minutes later its finally my turn. I gave them my info and ID and told them exactly what needs to be done. The employee checks the shelves for the phone I wanted but he doesn't seem too sure if he has one for the carrier I'm with. I told them that there should be some since I asked before they took my name down for the virtual lineup. He got another employee to double check and did a bunch of scanning. And nope none for the carrier i'm with. Then he puts the phones he took off the shelves into a different part of the shelves....hmmmm I think someone mixed up the inventory. I'm annoyed that I wasted two hours of my time.

Not sure what happened as I've always had good luck here. Customer service line gave me wrong store and manager at Moncton was to call but did not.Salesperson told us we were buying a TV with voice control remote but it was not. Either he did not know his product or did not care. We asked about the difference in 2 tvs and he was not helpfull or correct. Husband had to ask for help taking out. We will keep because we could not be bothered dealing with them and voice control is not important to us.Where has customer service gone these days?ps was hung up on several times by service line and my voice was calm???

Stay away from Best BuyLooking for TV Nov 01. Picked out the TV we wanted and asked the sale person some more details on the difference between the two TV's we were looking at. He couldn't answer my questions, so he went to get another sale person. That was good, at least he didn't make something up. So I asked about delivery he said $75 while he was telling me another (3rd) sale person was walking by. No it's $100 plus tax. He went on asking would you want it calibrated for the color? He explained why they adjust the color, they turn the color to bright while in the store. I ask, I'm not getting a new TV? Yes still in box. Why do you have to adjust the color, should be factory set already. It's something we do so you don't have to touch nothing. Ok??? Warranty you can get 2,3 or 4 year. So I asked about the 2 year. It's $129 for 2 yearsI said the manufacturer warranty for 1 year plus 2 year with you. No 2 year total mmmmm.We said we have another store to look at.COSTCO was the place. Same TV cost the same BUT2 year warranty manufacturer and 4 year warranty total 6 years all for $89.99. no calibrated needed, we brought it and in the car it went.
