Food was tasty and good but portions were really quite small, not great value for money because of that. Atmosphere needs some work, restaurant looks a little tired and they were playing Christmas music in June?? Service was good.

My kiddo really loves the carbonara from here and I do as well. It’s creamy and a good sized portion. I also really enjoy the chocolate mousse (not pictured). If you are ever in Bridgeland, you should stop in and check out the Italian dishes they have to offer… the owner is a real sweetheart as well.

I don’t get all the hype about this place in the ratings. As others have said, it’s a weird layout. They definitely need a separation double door when you go in because every time the door opens inside sitting at the table is freezing. The place needs a major reno. Steps leading in were compact snow covered. Scary. Inside is cramped. The food is definitely way over salted as others mention. My lips were literally burning from the salt in all the food. The Caesar salad was mostly the yellow (no green leafs) Romaine, tons of salt again, the bruschetta was white cheap flavourless tomatoes (except the salt). They definitely cheap out on quality ingredients. I couldn’t even eat my vegetables because they were so, so salty. This place is way over priced for the food you get and we definitely won’t be returning. Farrr better Italian restaurants in Calgary than here. Very disappointing to say the least. (Did I mention salty?)

Terrible service, mediocre food with way too heavy seasoning, crowded seating, and sloppy presentation. Overall this place cut so many corners that it felt more like a train station in Bangladash than a sit-down restaurant.We simply did not have a good experience here as it was operating over capacity. The server was constantly bumping into my seat, missed orders, and walked by the table multiple times and ignored my empty water glass for 10+ minutes. When I finally tried to get another server's attention (remember the heavy seasoning? My throat was at this time being pickled by the second), she sporadically raised her finger to swat me away, and turned her back on me with no further communications. I did not get water for another 10 minutes. That said, I can’t really blame her because she must have been under so much stress because she clearly was serving more tables than she could handle.The appetizers looked like they were threw together, but they tasted OK (solid 3/5). The pasta looked like a pasta but it was VERY SALTY. The generous amount of salt combined with the lack of water made the meal difficult to enjoy.

The staff were so welcoming and the food was amazing! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I tried most of the pastas and the chicken parm entrée, all were fantastic

Phenomenal experience, and now we understand why this gem has been a Calgary staple for so long. Great atmosphere (they also have a patio), and the service was top notch! The Calamari, mushroom ravioli, and Tiramisu were our favourites. We will definitely be going back.

Quaint and a long time Calgary landmark for Italian food in Bridgeland. Reservations are recommended on busier nights. Great big spacious sunny patio. Smaller menu but tasty nonetheless. Cozy inside and warm. Had a great meal and our server was courteous and friendly. Definitely worth checking out and the menu is great and they will always try and accommodate your needs and requests. Miss you Marco!

This restaurant was so pleasant and nice to dine in , the food was delicious and the waitress was so friendly and knowledgeable about their dishes and what was best., the owner came by the table and gave us a drink that his dad made with secret ingredients, it was delicious, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone, it was an awesome experience, food , atmosphere, service, were all exceptional would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for a nice night

This is really a nice first class little restaurant inside an old house the owners of this place really take pride with their food and service. Great outdoor patio nice and big, beautiful umbrellas. My head goes off to this place.

Dining at La Brezza may have been the best doning experience I've had. We sat outside and someone (not our server) came out to turn on some music for us, came by to check how we were doing multiple times, brought us some drinks he was trying out and was an all around delight. Our server was knowledgeable, easy to chat with and pretty funny.I would come back here again.
