Very bad experience at this Tim Hortons location. We have gone many times and it is always the same, but yesterday was the worst and it is the same employee. My wife very respectfully told her to repeat it because we did not understand what she told us and apparently she does not like it when She was giving us what we ordered, she threw the box at us and with the bad luck that the same person always attends us, we were in the place for more than half an hour and she did not do the same with the other clients. It was the last time that I went to that store

Make sure to ask for a fresh donut …. As if that’s something we have to do . I ordered a honey dip April 26/23 and it was shrivelled and hard . DEFINITLEY day old if not two days . Not impressed .

I have been there as a walk in customer . Little busy , but staff are friendly and product is like other Tim Hortons . Limited seating for customers and people there seem to be okay .

I ordered one of the bundle meals through skip and here's what went wrong:Both lids of the coffee weren't secure and coffee had spilled everywhere. The hashbrowns were overcooked and hard as a rock, yet cold. I was worried I would break a filling off. The bacon in the sandwich did not taste cooked (rubbery). And the box of timbits that came with the meal only had two flavours in them.I don't know what's going on over there but this was the worst Tim's delivery I ever had.

Asked for light ice. My drink was filled 2/3 of the way to the top with ice. Tasted good at least.

Reviewing solely based on the awesome customer service my coworker and I experienced today! We went today around 11:15am and were served by a lady who is what I would describe as sunshine in human form. I think her name was Rena? I wish I could remember. She was really awesome and it was so nice to see someone just happy and excited to be there and she was just lovely. And both of our coffees tasted like they were made with love. She deserves a raise! I wish this location was closer to me so I could go more often now :) she definitely stood out. Thanks again

How come it seems every time I go here the coffee is at least a nickel pricier? 5 bucks should get me two coffees Timmies. C'mon!
