Don't waste your time, I have really wasted my time with them!it's very bad services of company!You will not benefit anything, also the customer service by them they too too bad!I got call also with manager her name (Dana), Unfortunately I did believe myself, she's very rudely too much! .I liked to provided her about something happened there!Unfortunately, the director stands on the side of falsehood I didn't see same like her before!Also I spoke with team lead her name (Amanda), the customer service is too bad unfortunately!Its existence or non-existence is the same, (Amanda) she don't know how to solve or do something, nothing!By the deals Unfortunately, respect is completely missing, that's really bad!I wasn't saw same like this company before never,Then I have dealt with (Ranstad, Applone, ABL). they was really great company's they will make you happy!, they have a very nice agents, very respectable agents, very polite, great company5 stars services! .Not same like about this current company, the 1 star that's really too much for it!

This is Munim Nazir i am informed that my assignment at Roots is ended and they didn't even gave me 24 hours notice which is highly ridiculous, unprofessional and injustice from your side this was my first assignment from you guys and i was not expecting such thing i was working excellent overthere so canceling without any solid reason is not acceptable i am really upset and disappointed now i will complain to higher authorities of Kelly Services, Roots and i will share my views on Google too as i am level 5 google guide i will inform them about the weaknesses, loopholes and monopoly of Indian community at work place shame on you guys seriously you have no idea about the feelings and rights of the workers and this world is still in chains.My safety shoes are still there they didn't even inform me about it......

I just read a email from a women that works at this location to my boyfriend.I'm totally discussed what she has written!!He gave up a great job for better paying position she told him she'd get him in Georgetown to come the office. Three hours later after paper work she said she couldn't get a hold of the person & said she had something else but less pay in Brampton & nights.Again giving him the run around & not being able to tell him exactly where it was located?! WTHHe had a accident last night in the car I was driving & didn't make it to this job.The email he sent her told her what happened. All she wrote back was how disappointed she was in him & how she spent her day like with others like him doing up paper work for what.Are you kidding....that's your job. I don't recommend this place to find work. I used to recommend friends in past but the people working for this organization are ignorant, un organized & don't know at all how to treat their clients!!

I wish there was a no stars option,by far, the worst expereince iv'e ever had with a agency, rude staffs ,navi boparai she is so rude as she want us to take uber for work giving last minute assignment. I told her on that day i cant make it as i will not reach their on time and uber is expensive i will start on Monday , on Monday i called her she was so rude said don't even call me again , this is not the way they have to behave to people , don't have any manners such a worst agency never recommend to anyone

I wish there was a no stars option,by far, the worst expereince iv'e ever had with a temp agency. i went there in May ending, they told me they would have the perfect job for me in June, so i called the first week of June, nothing, second week nothing. I waitied till the last week of June, and when i called they said no jobs. Why make me wait a month with no details? Then when i try to get another job, then you tell me i should have asked earlier? So why didn't you offer me a job on the day that i came, instead of making me wait. At least communicate with me instead, of just expecting me to sit there and do nothing. i could have found something else during that time.

There was one on-site coordinator, lets call him Mr. X, that was very pessimistic and spoke in a very condescending manner to me. But as of 2015 (including Mr. X) a lot of the people have been laid-off and there is a whole new restructuring of their staff at the City Centre Office as well as in various locations where they have designated on-site coordinators. My experience overall has been wonderful. As far as payment goes, had no problems with direct deposit straight into my savings account always on-the-dot at 12 AM. I am sorry that other users that gave poor reviews had unpleasant experiences, but I guarantee you that Kelly Services is a legitimate employment agency that works at a high degree of professionalism. Definitely give a try if you're looking to make a lot of money for a short time, but mind you a lot of it is general labour if you have little to no 'credible' work experience.

I went today to look for opportunities had the worst experience. Spoke a lady named Jean, came out from office forcefully to the reception & started shouting. She called my name & she herself assumed that I cannot visit the deputed work location.Because of Jean’s Obnoxious behavior I was embarrassed. She herself concluded I will say NO for the shift timings. She then asked me to get out from the office saying I cannot even in the receptionBeware of this fraud service agency & beware of this Jean dont waste your time please

YES STAY AWAY EVERYONE!!!! VERY RUDE REPRESENTATIVES!!!!! I was told not to waste their time" when I have question about completing the online profile; Call and scream at me when I didn't get selected after an interview; Not trying to help you to find a job at all. I also went to different agencies

Never call ext 222 (Jean)I wish there was no stars!!! I wonder how they got Multiple locations with these kind of services they provide. Such an UNPROFESSIONAL staff, I felt like she had language barrier. It was so hard to understand her. I left multiple voicemails to ext 222 never returned my calls. I finally got hold of her and she spoke to me for good 10 seconds. I am glad I got to know these staff before I started working for them!

My experience with Kelly Services Canada overall very satisfactory. From the beginning with recruitment process till the transition to permanent work. Let's not forget this is all happening during the COVID crise, and they (my representative Allyson) were wonderful and helpful, especially when I needed to stay at home" situation. Always punctual with paychecks and reminding/updating me with needed information."
