Extending his day to finish a job or complete a ast minute servicing request. Offering to come in on the weekend or Sunday if necessary. He works to complete his work with punctuality and quality. Most importantly he shows a huge commitment to showing up when he says he will show up, which is a huge problem within the trade world. Five stars for Aircon Inc

Vick is very responsive and always does an excellent job! No matter what time of day you call him, he'll be over in a couple of hours. His repairs are always very good quality, we have several rental properties in the city and we trust him. A rare gem!

Vick has been our go-to guy for any issues with our furnace and A/C. He has gone above and beyond at times, giving of his time, not charging for a freon top-up, working well into the evening at times and following up on any issues that may arise. We have also hired him for furnace and A/C replacement in our rental house. I'm upset at the review - two times, no less! - of Yaser Jauni, who, I feel doesn't know what he is talking about! I would highly recommend Vick for any furnace or A/C work!

Two recent projects and both were failures.1. Vick's team was installing a furnace in my rental unit. That was a high efficiency furnace that comes with a drain pump to discharge the condensate from the furnace and the AC to the main drain. The pump was put beside the furnace, but neither furnace nor AC drains were connected to the pump. Even worse, they completely plugged the AC drain. As a result, when the cooling season started, the condensate from the AC filled up the AC tray and was running to the basement floor causing flooding. The tenants discovered that only in August, so that the water was standing there for full three months. I do not know what kind of negligence and luck of skills the workers should have to leave the system in such a state.2. The furnace in my house stopped working in early May. It was cold outside and I called Vick to repair the furnace. He told me that the draft inducer motor was dead and had to be replaced. He promised to replace it the next day and said that the motor would cost $700. I could order the motor from Amazon for $500, but the delivery time was 4 days, and I did not want my family to freeze for so long. So, I agreed. The next day I did not get any update from Vick and called him. He said that he ordered a wrong motor and that I have to wait until the correct one would be delivered. Two days passed, and finally I got the motor installed. The invoice of almost $900 was paid by me the same day.At that time the weather became warmer, and I turned the furnace on only in a couple of weeks. And guess what - it was not working.I took a look at what Vick had done there. First of all, the motor was damaged, and he never told me that. Then, the plugs that should cover unused motor outlets were not installed at all (even though they were provided in the replacement kit). The filter compartment and the main blower compartment were NOT closed, even though Vick had no business whatsoever in those compartments during the installation. Also, there is a clear label on the blower compartment that says that it MUST be closed during furnace operation. I cannot treat all this any other way but as an attempt to set up my furnace for complete failure in the near future.I reported all that to Vick, and he responded that I had to be patient and he would replace the motor. After waiting for more than a week, I sent him a message with a request for an update. No response.Well, I was patient for two more months and then sent an official warning to the company that I was going to initiate a charge dispute with my bank. I got an immediate response that yours motor will be replaced in next few days ". That was on August 8

My A/C went out on a Saturday when the humidity was in the low 40's. I phoned a few places on the Monday looking for parts with no luck, until I contacted Rick at AirCon. I couldn't figure out the problem myself, so Rick swung by that same afternoon and within 10 minutes he had the unit back up and running. Lifesaver!! I would definitely use him again in the future.

I've had Vick install three furnaces and one AC now. Very happy with his follow-up when there is an issue. He is easy to get ahold of and I have found him to be an honest man. I'm thankful for his service.
