I ordered a handful of Celebrations products from them in Oct. 1 arrived on time, and 2 others arrived a few weeks later, no problem. The 1 star comes from the reach around I've been getting, trying to get the last product that should have been in my hands over 2 months ago. On top of that, when I recently inquired about it, they either ignore me or claimed, on their Facebook messenger, it had already been sent. Even though via email, they said they knew the last box hasn't been sent. Even when I inquired about it on Facebook, after being ignored via email, they said I already got it, even though via email they claimed they were aware that the 1 item still didn't arrive.I still haven't gotten the product or a refund, even though they claimed the product got sent 2 weeks ago, and won't even give me a tracking number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADDY COMPANY.

Awesome store with very welcoming staff. Had the chance to participate in a pre-release event for pokemon; it was awesome a well organised. Also, great prices on pokemon products, often cheaper than other local stores or online.

Really nice and welcoming people, everytime I go there the atmosphere feels very comfortable. They also have some pretty decent deals on pokemon cards. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Horrible service all they care about is money not there clients

Si je laisse 5 étoiles, vous savez que j'aime la marchandise et le service à la clientèle de cet endroit.Ce que vous ne savez pas, c'est que le bâtiment n'est pas fait pour des poussettes, mais les employés sont tellement serviables qu'ils vont vous tenir la porte et vous aider à monter les quelques marches pour entrer avec vos enfants.L'endroit est propre et bien classé.S'ils semblent ne pas avoir assez de choix, ils ont un backstore et sont toujours enclin à y faire un tour pour vous combler.Je n'ai pas essayé leurs activités encore (tournois de cartes ou de Beyblade, dnd, etc) mais c'est dans mes plans.Lâchez pas la gang! Super belle entreprise!
