I recently visited this store and it provided a fantastic shopping experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to help me with any questions I had. The store was well-organized and had a wide selection of products, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick and efficient. What a great store! I was in the area shopping and stopped by and was blown away. It's a beautiful store and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Lots of great selection. I met the manager and she knows her stuff. When I am in the area again, I will be back! I was told there is also a location in New West so I will be checking that store out as well! You never know what kind of customer service you are going to get these days. It's so refreshing when you receive great service. Thank you!!

What a great store! I came in not long ago and was helped by a lovely girl named Chanel. She was super knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed, and provided recommendations for some products I've never tried before. She made it a 10/10 experience!

Been here before noticed prices bit high, but then they said we match prices which was wonderful cause Canna Cabana has the best deals. Came in today and all of a sudden the lady working changed the rules and said they just match a nearby store price. Lost a customer Queens and your stuff is overpriced.

Highly recommend Queen's dispensary and their team for all your cannabis needs! You will not be disappointed. The team is knowledgeable and bursting with great personal anecdotes and recommendations! I have visited dispensaries all over the province of BC as well as the country so I know the customer service here is exceptional. The team at Queen's cannabis is welcoming, informative, helpful, and take their time if you're overwhelmed with options like I was. They carry great products and the space has amazing aesthetic appeal. There's a beautiful indigenous display. I find Queen's has the best inventory, stock and pricing in the area. Hats off to the staff who are absolute rockstars going over and above in their customer service! Thanks Queen's, I'm impressed!
