HUMBLE BARN ️ Quality Reclaimed Wood Products

We selected a big piece for our mantel and could not be happier with the finished product. It is a beautiful piece and well finished. The installer was also great. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I chose the piece in October of 2021 I did not expect that it would take 5 months until completion. I had expressed I wanted it installed before Christmas, but instead it got installed in March 2022. I felt like I was constantly chasing Matt , with a ton of follow up emails. He is a very nice guy but I felt I would have been forgotten had I not followed up. With that being said I would still go back for future projects in hopes that communication would be better.

Matt was great to deal with! Always responding to my messages within minutes. Customer service was excellent. My fireplace custom stained wood mantel was also excellent. Would recommend humble barn to anyone who needs vintage pieces.

Matt from Humble Barn was absolutely incredible in helping me have my dream coffee table! He and his team helped to transport my furniture piece to and from the workshop and the end result was beyond exceeding the expectation! Thank you SO much for being so helpful, accomodating and responsive! I hope to do business with you again soon!

I’m so glad I discovered Humble Barn! Matt was fantastic to work with and he is so passionate about what he does! We had a barn board accent wall installed and he was able to describe what barns some of the boards came from just by the detail they exibited! I sent him pictures of similar walls he had done and colour tones I was looking for. I also trusted him to select the boards for me due to my inability to visit his workshop in person. He works with Adrian Faith Woodworking who did the installation. Adrian is very detail oriented and a true craftsman. Our accent wall surpassed my expectations and I am looking forward to collaborating with Matt and Adrian again when they come back to install barn board in our screen room!

We are in the middle of an expensive full house renovation. I didn't think barnwood would be an option. Not only was the beam we got for our fireplace a great price. Its one of a kind and from a 140 year old barn and looks absolutely beautiful. Matt had been phenomenal to deal with. Unreal customer server. Replies via text which is convenient. I recommend Matt and his company to any and everyone looking to make their house looks beautiful .10 star service.

Great service. A hidden little gem in the forest with very unique products. Passion drives the employees and the service makes all the difference. Sometimes I wish such great companies stay small and humble because when growing too big it might be hard to keep the humility.

Disappointing customer service. Wanted a custom harvest table made, but Matt is terrible at returning emails. After 3 months and several e-mails, I gave up trying. Don’t bother.Edited to add…frustrating that a negative review on Google receives a response within hours, but could barely get an email back when I was willing to pay for a service.
