Service is really good. Product is overpriced and not worth the money. I’ve bought suit case and a backpack here for lots of money and within 1 year, the suitcase is almost unusable and the backpack already started ripping by the zipper.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and knowledgable. Store was clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Staff is not trained properly on handling repairs and warranties. No one working was able to help me after holding up the line for an hour while the girl tried to figure it out I was then told i had to pay for shipping. And I would be called if they were unable to repair it or if there would be any additional cost. I then got a phone call that my bag was fixed and i could pick it up after I paid the cost of the repair. That along with shipping is more than the cost of my bag. If this had been communicated ahead of time I would have just bought a new bag. Staffing is an issue everywhere but poor training is a reflection of the company.

Very rude staff. My daughter selected a purse off of the sale rack. It rang up full price. When we inquired, we were told that the items on the sale" rack were not necessarily all on sale. Really

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on luggage and prices were cheaper than the other stores. Will be continuing to shop here. Store is under new management from what I can tell.

Warranty is not honored. I bought a suitcase from Bentley a couple of years ago and the handle broke. The warranty card says nothing about the handle being not covered but when I came to the store and they said that the handle and the wheels are not covered. From what I can see these are the only items that can break on a suitcase. It's an internal part that broke not through misuse but through poor design. I am not impressed with Bentley. Unless they are going to honour this I would recommend not buying anything from the store. Or any one of their stores.

I bought a 400 dollar suitcase and the wheel broke on the first use. The warranty was not honored. I was told I should have cancelled my trip and went to return the bag immediately or perhaps tried carrying the 100 pound bag instead of rolling it. The manager also said luggage bags with four wheels are only for old people and are not meant to be used in conjunction with the handle for regular two wheeled use. They sell cheap garbage with no warranty. Of course when I bought the bag I was told return any defective products to any location and they will be fixed or replaced. I was a fool to trust them.
