Dallas of Denning Enterprises was the successful bidder for a structural beam installation for my kitchen renovation in a condo building in Calgary. Dallas was super easy to work with and took the time to visit the site, ask clarifying questions to indicate that he understood the scope and provided a fair and professional quote very quickly.Once I selected Dallas for the job he was very accommodating in scheduling (even though he had a baby arriving the week I needed the work done... Congratulations!)He arrived on site when he said he would and worked quickly and followed the engineer's drawings explicitly and only made minor modifications to the installation with the approval of the engineer. This professionalism gave me high confidence that I would be able to receive the approval from both the engineer and the city inspector for the completed work.I highly recommend Denning Enterprises for any construction contracting you need done.

Working with Dallas and his team of professionals was awesome. They took the time to walk through our project with us and assisted in deciding the best course of action in regards to some re-model work we needed. The team was neat and tidy during the renovation period and I never came home to any debris or dust. The finished product was just what I pictured! Insulated Cantilever bay window- Extremely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Denning Enterprise. Dallas (owner) came out and provided a quote even though it was a small job. Most other companies would have either turned down the work or charged a lot due to the small size of the project. However, Denning enterprise was more than willing to take on a small project. Dallas and his team helped me get an engineering approved design for a gazebo we've wanted to build in our backyard. Another engineering company was giving me the runaround and Denning Enterprise stepped in to save the day.For such a small project, Dallas and his team provided world class support. We got the engineering stamp and got the the building permit from the city in less than 48 hours!The team has also made themselves available to us as we build the gazebo if we have any questions. He demonstrated excellent communication and organization skills, and was quick to regroup and find another solution if plans changed. We were very pleased with the quality of trades people he arranged for our project, they did great work and were mindful of being cleanly and tiding up the work site at the end of the day to keep our home safe for our children after hours. Dallas has helped us with many projects over the years and always delivers the same excellent quality of work. However this time he truly outdid himself pulling off a miracle for us this past winter. He gave us our dream home in record time. We had family coming in for Christmas and Dallas had everything organized so that we could enjoy our beautiful main floor/kitchen and master bathroom renovation over Christmas with our family. Dallas and his team were amazing. In my experience I have never worked with anyone that has the positive attitude and customer service that he provided. They did a very difficult office renovation with very little notice, and with many questions and last minute additions from us. Nothing was ever a problem for Dallas and his team. He always answered our calls and emails promptly. His only concern was leaving us completely happy with his work. He has a tremendous work ethic and takes extreme pride in a job very well done. My manager and I would recommend him to anyone for any job. I will never hire anyone for my own personal renovations but Dallas. I trust him to handle everything with honestly and precision.
