I heard about Sue from a YouTube video where I was immediately impressed by her knowledge and care. I decided to give her a call to discuss the service where she took her time to explain everything to me before confirming an appointment. Once I booked, I was so excited and Sue certainly delivered! I love how my hair turned out and feel equipped to take care of it moving forward. She is truly a stylist that cares about her clients and the health of their hair all while being incredibly patient (all things I really value as someone with thick hair who's often dismissed) I would highly recommend booking with her. If you haven’t already, what are you waiting for??

Nice lady HOWEVER my appointment time was not honoured more than once.Make sure you don’t have plans for later.Hair did not feel good afterwards.Will not return.Sorry.

I did feeder braids with beads at the tips. I really liked my hair. It came out just as I wanted it. The ladies there are really good at what they do, coupled with a nice and friendly environment in the salon.

The service at Passion Hair Creations is amazing. You immediately feel welcomed and comfortable. They offer a variety of services for everyone including relaxer, braiding, hair cuts, locs and barbering services. And they have really affordable pricing too!Making an appointment is very easy as you just make a quick phone call and they take your information. I got a relaxer and hair cut and my hair was soo soft and bouncy and I was in love, it was everything I asked for and more. Everyone loves my hair! I definitely would recommend this salon.

Today I had my first appointment with Sue. I came in for a curly perm, she looked at my hair and determined I only needed a curl booster. My hair looks amazing. She took her time and really cared for my hair with the right treatment for me and ensured it wasn’t over processed. A lot of hair dressers see I have a lot of hair and tend to go overboard. Im so happy with my results. I can’t wait for my following appointment.

Ponctuality is on point.Açcomodate with the clients schedule. For instance able to rebook you for another day which is rarely seen in Toronto salons.Respectful and easy going.Always feels as back home (Africa) whenever you are at the salon
