Very bad service I was waiting for a bagel 20 minutes should be 5 minutes and I also the French vanilla was watery they have to fill up the French vanilla it doesn't like to complain because I used to work in timhortons things I know how the stuff works I really appreciate to improve your store much is better thank you

The girl at the cash was super rude. We are purchasing a bagel and a coffee, there is no need to roll your eyes and huff and puff and correct someone if they do not pronounce something the way she wants. Just horrible.

The restaurant itself it's okay, however, if you come by car, you get a ticket for parking at their parking.The company giving the ticket is statepark.ca.When you dispute the ticket, they say the parking is for customers only for addresses 301-306 Boul. Brunswick.TimHortons is located at 305 Boul Brunswick, but the ppl at Statepark.ca don't want to hear that you are a customer and are rude and aggressive in their comminication.IMPORTANT : I went to the police with the ticket and they said it's fake and to not pay itDo not reccomend going there if you're in a car.

Zero customer service at this location...cleanliness issue and maintenance needed. Broken table taped off and broken door handle. Also, my turkey bacon club had slices of turkey slapped on, no attention to detail or effort in making the food at least LOOK appetizing. This location is an embarrassment to the Tim Horton's brand.

I rated this place 5 stars before i am rerating this place was good but now it the 5th time i have to teach the employee that if a client doesn’t ask for cream in the cold brew don’t put and i had an old rousette that was dry so its sure from yesterday it is really annoying all i asked is cold brew half ice nothing else and yet i have to start saying I didn’t ask your wrong and explain the hole process my goodness. Last time we had the same debate and then they concluded that i was right that if i just asked for a cold brew it mean I didn’t ask for cream and the employee seemed frustrated as if she was right . Either train your employees or else it doesn’t matter to be in business .
