I'm new to puppy parenthood and making sense of what's best for her diet is so confusing.I found this store on a whim and had an amazing first experience there a few months ago when purchasing a bed for my puppy. When I looked online and saw their raw-nutrition and overall store philosophy, I was so impressed!Went in today to ask questions and the owner was incredibly helpful! She made me feel welcomed and took time to recommend food amd training treats while educating me on pet nutrition.Absolutely LOVED my experience, this is someone who you can entrust your pet's wellbeing to!Will be going again, even if I live further away :)

We started the day looking for dog jackets at another pet shop on Sherbrooke where they wouldn’t let us try the jackets on our dog and the staff didn’t seem much interested in helping. We headed down the street to Bailey Blu and it was an entirely different experience: we were able to try the jackets on our pup and given helpful advice, and our dog got lots of love to boot. Really great experience and definitely out go-to pet shop from now on.

I too had a bad experience. Was totally ignored by the clerk who was totally occupied by a computer and phone and did not even acknowledge my presence for over 10 minutes. So I left. And does the owner have a veterinary degree to qualify her advertisements and knowledge of animal health issues!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Nathalie is an angel. I walked into the store a few months ago, distraught because my cat couldn't digest anything the vet prescribed her. She wasn't gaining weight and wasn't getting healthier. Nathalie listened to my needs and suggested a few different canned meats (which she sampled me for free, which is why she's an angel) and at first my cat's digestion improved but wasn't 100%. Nathalie then suggested giving her raw rabbit and OMG!!!!! My cat's stools were perfect overnight!!! I am so grateful for everything Nathalie, your customer service deserves recognition. Thank you a thousand times.

Can’t even express how grateful I am for Nathalie’s help with my sick cat! Not only she helped me to find the best food for my cat’s condition, gave me free samples and tips, but she listened to me and was genuinely caring and empathetic! Never seen someone like her and never had such an extraordinary experience before! I’d give her 10 stars if I could! Oh and she obviously has the best quality products! Thank you Nathalie, you are an angle!

I've been getting my raw food from them for a few months now (drive once a month from Longueuil) and Banjo has been doing amazing! Banjo has quite a few health issues (he's a tripod kitty) so I am always grateful for the advice they give me. Raw food is always so fresh and so easy to thaw and serve. Customer service is always top notch.

My cat has stage 2 kidney disease. The lady at the front was very compassionate and knowledgeable. Her recommendations potentially helped my 17 year old super senior cat maintain his health.The impact her assistance had on my cat's health warmed my heart. I would highly recommend this store.
