I have used My Computer Hero for my and my family's computers for a number of years and have never been disappointed. When you call Bill or Jenna, you're sure to get personal service and some quick troubleshooting over the phone. Work was always completed on time at the quoted price and no follow up was required. If something is not worth fixing, they will be quick to tell you that as well so you don't waste your money. The service at My Computer Hero was fantastic. I dropped my computer off to be cleaned up from numerous viruses. Bill cleaned up my computer and activated a safe virus program. It was fixed in a matter of days and back in my hands. I felt the cost charged to fix and install was very reasonable. The service from start to finish was great. I even got a follow up email to call them with any questions about my computer. Thank you for your professionalism and a good well done.

Having someone access our computers remotely, we want someone we know we can trust. We have been using Your Computer Hero for 8 years now. They service our computers on a monthly basis doing the little updates and tweaks we don’t want to be bothered with. They are our go to for all our computer issues. With four computers in our office, there are always little glitches going on. Even if we just have a quick question about an error message we get, or why a computer is acting different, Bill is so patient and understanding and eager to help. We highly recommend them.

We had an extremely pleasant experience with the gentleman that helped us today (09/20/21). We were referred by our chiropractor and can absolutely see why! We arrived just knowing we needed a laptop, unsure of brand, storage, etc. He educated us on 3 different laptops they had available and helped us make the best choice to help run our small business.
