I'm not sure who give the reviews before me. I don't think they are real customers.My car alternator broke while I was driving home. This was the closest auto parts store . I have a 2011 dodge caravan and I want it to buy the part from them. I was informed that the part is $299 +tax and extra $75 deposit for my alternator . They said that if I bring my alternator back they will give me the $75 back. I new this was way to expensive as I called other places already earlier . After I said it was to expensive , there was no more mr. Nice guy . We asked for the cables to get battery bust , because I couldn't start my car and the answer was No. Canadian tire charges for the same part $299 with tax no extra deposit. But just few blocks down at Carlaw and Queen, there is another part store and they charged me $145 and my old alternator for the new working one !

Would give 0 stars if i could. Picked up the call and was asked to give details of my company’s account number and because i told him just a minute to get the right number the man hangs up on me. Whoever picked up the phone, i feel sorry for you being miserable
