We have used End of the Roll many times and have always been very happy with both the product and the service. This last time we had a bit of difficulty with our product. Jordan was instrumental in assisting us by contacting the manufacturer and ensuring we received a product that we were happy with. The installers were fantastic and Kyle and his team were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional in every way. End of the Roll were excellent in every way even when things did not go as planned, making sure they were in communication and problems were resolved.

We recently replaced our carpet with flooring and were very pleased with the service we received from End of the Roll Richmond (EORR), we dealt with Mark and Jordan at EORR, and they were very helpful with suggestions and information on the styles of flooring as well as the installation process. Once our floors were selected we dealt with Chris Kelsie and his installation team, Chris came for a site visit and ran us through the schedule for installation, the plan was for 5 days to install and Chris and his team finished in 3 days, we were suitably impressed. The new floors look amazing and we would definitely recommend EORR (Mark, Jordan and Chris) to anyone who needs carpet/flooring installed.

My husband and I were very happy with the service. Jordan was very informative! We let him know what we were looking for and he gave us all the different options and provided input on which option would be best. Our installation was also great! Our installer treated the place like his own and made sure it was perfect. Very happy with experience and would highly recommend and go to them again.

He responded to my questions quickly and the store itself had endless selection to choose from, which was very important for me. Amazing service and super happy with the rug I purchased (great quality). Staff went above and beyond as I had some special requests for the rug I needed. Also love that they let you browse the store without following you around. No pressure; no hassle.I was able to try out a sample size of the rug I wanted at home before determining that the colors etc would work in my space.Highly recommend! Thank you Zul and rest of staff!

Bill is super friendly and helpful in finding us this amazing bamboo silk rug.He is not pushing at all or trying to upsell us. Instead, he just gave us the guidelines and answered questions with his friendly smile and left us alone while taking a look at the rugs.
