I dealt with the wonderful ladies that work here for an engagement ring. They were all super helpful and made it very stress free. I recently went back to look at wedding bands and received a very warm welcome. I highly recommend checking them out for whatever your jewelry needs are.

I got a diamond watch , as much as I shouldn’t I wear it to work in the dirt and dust every day and it’s going strong. The quality has been there and I’ve worn it every day for about a year and I can say waterproof mud proof fine dust , not a scratch holds on it.

The best jewellery store/jeweller that I've ever been to. I've only been to 2 of their locations, but the staff is always great, prices are reasonable, and there is never any pressure to buy, making that the whole experience is as good as can be. Their protection plan is great, no periodic inspections, and upgrade options for anything that you buy. The ONLY jewellery store that I will ever go to.

Service here defines unprofessional. My husband and I went in because my engagement ring no longer fits. The lady with the glasses and short hair helped us. Her first question was “ what is your budget” I told her 3 times we don’t have a budget. If we see it we like it we buy it. Simple. She gave a lot of attitude and did not want to help us. Not to mention she is drinking her Tim Horton’s coffee, while wearing Costco yoga pants. Who the hell sells high end jewelry and looks this unprofessional...

I just adore the staff in here! The two women who are usually working (Elsa and Kim) always remember my face and it's always a pleasure to come here. A very inviting atmosphere with 0 judgement. Truly feels like a safe space and an amazing place to shop around! Will definitely be going back in the future.

Kaitlyn Simon was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find a gift. She sent pictures of the jewellery and provided excellent customer service over the phone, since we can't shop in-store due to the pandemic. My shopping experience with her was very smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend her assistance.
