All I can say is wow! I remember coming to this dealership for a university project, and was treated like family even though I was not purchasing a vehicle then. Well fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I purchased a used vehicle from here. Ray Yang was the sales associate who assisted me, and created an amazing pressure free environment! When it came to delivery, he went above and beyond to ensure that I left happy with a car detailed and serviced to absolute perfection. Ray also ensured to keep me posted at every step of the way while the car was being prepared for delivery. Cannot recommend this dealership enough, also a special shout out to Rob Wilson in finance who also provided excellent service while setting up the insurance, the final papers, and signatures.All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've received at the dealership. I will continue to recommend this place, and will be buying future vehicles from here! Thanks for the amazing experience.

Looking for a new car, Steve Kindred walked me through the purchase of a new 4 series. Got all my customization and add ons addressed and kept me in touch with delivery time and any delays issues.Would recommend him any day, as he actually talked me out of a higher end model that wasnt suited to my life style and saved me money in the long run.Big props to all to robert and kim as well as the techs to get the car ready for delivery as well.

Terrible customer service!!! I called yesterday on the phone ask if they can fix the scratch on the car door, they ask me to come in take a look at the car. Today when I came in, the guy on the customer service desk just told me they are not body shop WITHOUT ANY LOOKING at my car. So why don’t you told me on the phone yesterday. I drives half an hour all the way from west to the shop and just get a recommendation on the body shop!! Also last time they told me the car needed maintenance, so I booked appointment came into the store sitting for two hours, then I was told I can drive about three more months then come back for maintenance. They did NOTHING in two hours!! This is so ridiculous!!! They have NO respect to people’s time at all!!! No luxury experience AT ALL!!!
