Unreliable repair companies. To repair our damaged bumper, they only repaired the external part. what kind of car can be repaired for more than 6 months? It is not bmw supply issue. They said they guy who helped us order the part is not familiar with the car? And he is not good at it? Are you kidding me. I spend more than half of the year because your mistakes. Unbelievable! When we got the car, we went to dealership certified body shop for further repair and found that Fix Auto did not help us replace safe parts. This is outrageous. Stay away from this shop. A bunch of amateurs vandalized our car.Edit. The same year car have more damage than our car fixed within 1.5 months. Fix auto order parts two times still missing parts. They didn’t replace the damage part. It will cause further safety issue. Stay away from the whole company. No eta all the time.super upset about this unprofessional company. Their mistakes makes my car in their shop for more than 6months with window open car unlocks. They don’t even know what they doing.

I was very pleased with the service and the quality of work performed on my truck. The manager, Kelly Pickard was helpful, professional and efficient. She arranged a rental vehicle for me and delivered on her completion date one day earlier that promised. The truck was clean inside and out when I picked it up. I would highly recommend their services. Job well done!

Fix Auto did a terrific job on my Ford Mustang. It had some minor scratches on the front left, and they buffed and repainted it perfectly. It looks as good as new. They gave me a very good deal as well - a few hundred dollars less than other competitors in Oakville. I highly recommend Fix Auto. Five stars.

I recently had my SUV at Fix Auto for warranty work and some damage. On both occasions the staff, especially Kelly were extremely helpful and understanding. When there was an issue that wasn't known before they started the work, they made sure to complete the work properly and make sure that no hidden problems remained unresolved. My car was returned spotless with everything taken care of. Thank you!!!

Everyone I interacted with was very kind, the service got done very quickly (even quicker than predicted timeline), and my car was cleaned both interiorly and exteriorly upon return. Would definitely come back! (Although fingers crossed not on the same circumstances lol)

DO NOT send your car here if you are recommended by your insurance company! Our car has been there for 7 months left in-fixed! The given reason is they don’t have the parts available in the markets. When I ask for the part number so I can check myself they refused my request, which is my basic right. They prefer using aftermarket parts instead of brand new parts if available from the conversation with their manager, all the bolts and common parts are flow from the scraped vehicles. During the time your car is in the shop you can expect your car will be sitting at their backyard in RAIN with OPEN WINDOWS to let rain fall into the car. The car was held in shop said it is undriveable, but in fact, they can do a quick fix and make it temporary driveable. They refuse to release the vehicle until we strictly insisted and the insurance company involves. When they find out they will not receive future payment from insurance, they immediately apply the fix and release the vehicle, which they could done at the first couple weeks. When our car shipped to us there is a clear 6 inch long SCRATCH on the door. The company is not your place if you want to fix your car!

Service was excellent. Staff was understanding and extremely helpful during a difficult time. My car looks brand new and the did a fantastic job cleaning inside and out. I am extremely happy.Having been in the insurance business for many years I would not hesitate to recommend FixAuto Oakville. Although the repairs took awhile due to Covid and the availability of parts the professional manner, patience and communication of the staff was reassuring. Thank you Fix Auto, you are Amazing.

Excellent experience with Fix Auto Oakville Central. The quote was quick and easy to understand, they answered the couple questions I had right away. I needed some exterior paint work which required replacing the hood as the metal was bubbling. They did the work quickly and to my high expectations. They also washed the exterior and cleaned up the inside which wasn't part of the service but just a really nice surprise! Highly recommend!

What great service! We used them twice and both jobs were amazing. Looks brand new and the staff were great!I had a small issue with on of the repairs and I just went in and they corrected it in less than five minutes at no charge.I would recommend to friends and family.
