Been here before for a boot fix, new hole on my belt and to buy a new leather belt. Today I needed a new hole put in my belt. Literally took him five seconds. Free. On the house. What a sweetheart. He had a wall dedicated to belt buckles but I didn’t have enough time to browse. I’ll be back.

Asked to have toe reglued to sole. On pick up there was still a significant gap. Irequested if he could apply a bit more glue. Now the toe, sole and white stitching is covered in glue. Very sloppy for brown leather dress boots. I shouldn't have asked him to do a little better job. I will try and remove the glue or I won't wear them. Not suitable now for dress.

Excellent quality repair work, and they went above and beyond by conditioning my boots in addition to the repairs requested.Pictures attached are of the work I had done here – I had the calf taken in on a pair of high heeled boots, and the sole re-glued and heel replaced on a pair of black ankle boots. The heel they put on is an exceptional quality (vibram) and they are just as comfortable to walk on now as they were when I first bought them. Excuse some of the dirt on the sole as I'd taken them for a test run before writing this review lol. Likewise, the stitching on the high boots was very neat and professionally done, and they were taken in to the requested circumference.Overall, I'm very happy to have found a cobbler I can rely on and will definitely come back for all my shoe-related needs. :)

I took a pair of shoes in, to get price to fix the bottom of ONE. He then asked to see the other one, and it was fine except the top edge was loose SO HE PULLS IT TIL IT ALSO NEEDS REPAIRING! SCAMMER! I should've just left with that one shoe!

Sia is amazing. Made my shoes go from ready for the garbage to almost brand new. They look incredible. He even fixed little holes on the inside sole. He completely replaced the back part with new fabric since holes were developing.My one complaint is I had a pair’s outsole replaced and the replacement material was very thin / wore out quickly.

Ask the guy over the phone to put on sole protector on a pair of new boots.I was specific about the boots to the sole protector brand make. It started at $35 to $45 dollars then I ask him how much before I come in and it jump to $75.This job should only cost $40.00.Beware of shoe repair shops like this.These shops should post there prices on the wall.

Pretty ignorant owner … I can’t believe they sell confederate flags!! He might as well sell “no immigrants allowed” stickers and swastikas.

I have taken many shoes to him over the years even though I live super far. When I visit family in Ottawa I pop in to drop them off and they are almost always ready within a half hour or two days on my way home. Excellent work and very sweet gentleman. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an old school cobbler who knows all different types of shoes. I’ve repaired Mukluks to vintage Victorian booties. He’s a true tradesman. Thanks for always fixing my favourite shoes!!!

This man explains everything to you very clearly. And all of my repairs have been top notch. None of the prices he has quoted me ever raise my eyebrows. Informs the customer, performs top quality work, what more could you ask for?
