Just some jewelry cleaning. It was a pleasant enough of an experience.

My experience was great! I spoke with Jan while I was in the store and she was beyond helpful, polite and very professional. She is very knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. She is a very personable person and I would definitely recommend customers to her in the future!

I had the best experience dealing with Jan at the Swarovski store at the Oshawa Centre. I was in a predicament over wrapping many Swarovski gifts for my upcoming wedding. Jan was very understanding, accommodating and generous. She went above and beyond and provided the best customer service! Will definitely be back again because of the great service I received!

Today, I had the best shopping experience in the Oshawa Centre at Swarovski. I was searching for a Christmas ornament for my grandmother and everyone was so helpful, kind and polite. I found exactly what I was looking for and more! Additionally, the store was very clean and vibrant. They went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect Christmas gift! I will definitely be back again because of the fantastic service I received!

When I went in with my family Jan was amazing. Helpful, kind, professional and sweet. Dealing with her was a blessing. Jan, thank you for making my daughter feel special and my experience wonderful.

Extremely poor customer service. Owner was condescending and rude. Very unwilling to follow the company policy and did not care to look up the company policy as she stated it did not benefit her! Never shop here…. Such a disgusting display of human behaviour!

My daughters and husband purchased a gift card for me for Mother's Day. The Manager was incredibly kind to my husband who was picking it up; he was blown away by her professional and friendly demeanor, so much so he mentioned this to me after I had received my gift. I used the gift card to purchase a pair of earrings, and scheduled a pick up. Last minute, I was detained in a work meeting longer than expected and could not make the scheduled pick up time. Thema was so accommodating and pleasant, and went out of her way to make me feel better for such a short notice cancellation. I rescheduled to pick up the next day, and was again running late due to work (I work in Markham); when I called she was again, so gracious and polite. She waited 45 minutes for me to arrive, and even offered to meet me in a central spot. When I did she greeted me with the biggest of smiles, as I just kept apologizing. I did not realize that both pick up times, she had come to the store just for my pick up (as due to COVID the mall and store were closed). This was her own personal time that she dedicated to providing the best customer service. I also did not know she was the Manager that my husband had been impressed by until she mentioned him! Thank you for being so helpful, and accommodating. It is clear that you commit to providing excellent service consistently! As a long-term Swarovski client, I will now make all of my purchases through the Oshawa store. Thank you, Thema!

I was not happy with my experience at this store. I had an allergic reaction to the earrings I had bought two days prior to bringing them in which occurred on the thanksgiving weekend, this is why I had to wait two days or else I would’ve returned them the same day. Upon purchasing said earrings I told the store associate that I could have an allergic reaction to certain metals in my ears, she had stated that they were “nickel free”. Not once during this transaction/conversation was I told that I could not return them if I did in fact have a reaction.When I talked to the store associate and manager I was told that I could only receive store credit for the earrings. The policy says “if you are not satisfied for ANY reason, you can return the item(s) within 14 days with your money back” is what I explained that was stated on the policy.The manager was rude and would not allow me to return the said earrings. She refused to acknowledge the policy and stated that “she didn’t have to explain anything” she has no people skills and should not be managing a store if she feels she doesn’t have to “explain the policy”.I am a long term customer of Swarovski. The customer service at this store is horrible. I do not recommend buying jewelry from this location.

Today, I went shopping with my family and we stopped by Swarovski in the Oshawa Center. We were welcomed with an amazing greeting and fantastic customer service. The store was clean and very organized. A young lady attended to our every need and was able to recommend several pieces so my daughter and I could match. We found exactly what we were looking for! I was amazed by how many products and unique sets they had in stock. I am very glad that my family and I visited the Oshawa Swarovski location.

The worst customer service possible. My husband bought some earrings for me for my birthday on the 1st. I went in today, the 15th and wanted a refund. I was told that I was 1 day late and all they could do was offer an exchange. I didn’t want an exchange, I had my receipt, the packaging everything. Now I’m stuck with earrings I don’t want and $120 out the window. Not happy will not shop here again!
