Really good, friendly bunch of guys. Really great with phones, on multiple occasions they've bailed me out with quick, inexpensive (or free!) repairs. I'd pick them even if they weren't just down the street

Awesome service.They helped with my laptop quickly and at a fair price.We sent in a broken iphone screen which needed replacement. Parker's was able to fix the screen the same day at a great cost...much cheaper than replacing the whole phone!Highly recommend.Thanks for you service.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough! I’m not a techy person, so need all help I can get.Several years ago, went in to buy a laptop. After asking me to explain what I would use it for, they suggested all I needed was a tablet. And they were right! Could have simply sold me a laptop for several hundred dollars more but instead, took the time to figure out what I really needed.A couple of months ago, needed a new cellphone. Again, took the time to help me figure out what I needed, switched me to a much better plan and had me set up and ready to go in short order.A few weeks ago, needed to replace my very old computer. Bought a refurbished laptop which I love but then discovered that I was unable to scan documents. Unable to figure out the problem, called Parker’s. Joel spent almost half an hour on the phone with me walking me through what needed to be done.Top notch products and top notch staff!Beth Martin

A+ experience. Had an unknown issue with my gaming PC and brought it into Parker's tech shop to me fixed. In just over 24 hours, my PC was fixed and back to normal. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, and the prices were in my opinion super reasonable. Very happy with my experience, and will definitely recommend to others in the area.

After going to Bell an receiving very poor service as they would not help me to transfer my business information over to my new warranty phone (which I had to pay a significant fee to get even after paying the monthly warranty fee), I went from Greenwood Bell to Parkers and within a few moments it was done with no cost. Wow, that is service and now I am looking to see what services I can switch over to them. We must support small businesses that look after their customers with top notch service.

Best customer service I've experienced in years! Brought my son's phone in to get fixed and was so impressed with everything about the staff and store. Logan did an outstanding job fixing up my son's smashed phone. The service is out of this world!! I'll be going back and recommending this place to everyone.
