My goodness where do I start. Our family ordered by phone, 3 XL pizzas and cheese bread. At the end of the call I was told it would come to $46 and we could pick it up in 20 minutes.My husband went to pick up the order and had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of the 20. When he gave the name and phone number the order was under the cashier told him I only ordered 2 pizzas. When I called to let them know we had a pizza missing, the phone operator could see the order should have been 3 pizzas. I asked them to deliver the missing pizza as I wasn’t going to have my husband go back and wait another hour. They said they could deliver but they had to charge for the 3rd pizza. I told them upon ordering initially that I was told it was $46 and I shouldn’t be charged for the 3rd pizza after all the mistakes they made. I even offered to pick it up if they would agree on the $46 they initially told us the charge would be. They refused to make their mistake right.In addition, we ordered XL pizzas which is 12 slices, and you can see a picture I’ve attached what counted as a slice..overall worst pizza experience I’ve ever had

The food is always delicious. However, the staff at this location were not amazing. I had placed an online order and when I went in, one staff was making my food while the other sat just on the other side of the counter watching videos loudly. I also watched the staff member making my food pull out his phone to show the other staff a video, and then did not wash his hands again before packing my food up. This is very unsanitary. They were also not very welcoming and made me feel like I was interrupting them from their breaks.

I looked around for a business that sold Keto friendly pizza crust and Pizza Pizza was the one! Their website had the full ingredient list and all the Nutritional Information posted so that the customer can make an educated decision. My husband and I tried it last week, and it was Amazing! The crust wasn't very different from a traditional Pizza crust, other than it wasn't as crispy, but the taste of a real Pizza was All There! I called the phone line to order my pizza and went to pick it up right after. I was greeted with a friendly smile and my hot pizza! Would definitely recommend the Keto crust from Pizza Pizza, and the location I went to was great!

I hate to leave a bad review, but the service here was not very good. Went in to grab a slice to go and was treated quite rudely despite being friendly. There were also flies on the pizza in the front behind the glass... I don't plan on returning.

I never asked for a burnt burger!!! I usually like Pizza Pizza burgers, but this time they decided to burn it. Never expected this. Purchased at the wonderland location, as always!Update below, a week later!The team reached out to me and helped in addressing our concern. They promised that necessary action will be taken. Hence raised the service rate from 1 to 4.

Terrible service and pizza, barely any sauce, toppings, cold. The location is very un- clean and disgusting. They dont wash hands before making your food. I dont recommend this place.

We get pickup pizza here all the time. They always get our pizza toppings right, we really enjoy the sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and new york style pepperoni. Price is right, location is close. Our go to easy, quick, yummy dinner. We also love the dips, I like creamy dill which I havent seen at other pizza places. We don't always get wings, but when we do they're always really good as well.

I ordered a pizza for delivery through the app. This Delivery Driver Valdo was at the wrong address telling the store that we were not outside to take the order then second time also he went wrong address. The pizza came in cold as ice . 0 manners this ruined the evening had to wait like 2 hours .
