Aware Massage Therapy
I've been seeing Peter for a few years, and he is by far the best massage therapist I've had in Vancouver. I originally came to him with a back issue, and after a few sessions felt like it was totally resolved - and I've been going to him ever since. His sessions are always a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend.

Peter’s technique in massage and knowledge of the body is wonderful. I get a great massage and leave feeling more educated on understanding how to better take care of myself. He focuses on addressing the symptoms and works to fix the underlying cause. It has been a very valuable experience for the past 3 years.

Peter is the best RMT I've ever had. I had gone to many masseuses and other therapists before I knew Peter, as I had experienced chronic hip pain for many years. Peter is the only one who was able to help me long-term. Thanks to him, I got my physically active life back. He has a deep knowledge and understanding about pain and its connection with the brain/body and he approaches the healing process from this holistic place, along with providing a safe and comfortable environment. He always lets me know what he intends to do and why. I highly recommend Peter and I am so thankful for his work.

Peter Wahlen is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. He is very knowledgeable and explains the issues/injuries and the treatment plan very well. I have seen him for back/neck and hip issues. He really goes deep to tackle the problem area. Also very personable and professional.

RMT- Peter Wahlen offers a combination of relaxation, reduce muscle tension and relief from chronic pain. His treatment is incredibly therapeutic and relaxing. His massage technique uses slower to more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, focusing on areas of tight muscle fibers that formed in my muscles after my injuries or overuse.
