Terrible First Impression. So I designed all my work, had it in my cart, went through checkout. Error message when I tried to pay for it all. Spoke to chat and all they did was get me to clear my history, restart my computer and try again. After all that, same error. So I called this time to speak to someone. Well turns out they don't accept vista debit, although over %70 of Canadian use this to pay on-line. So after all that, I can't complete my order. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This was a terrible first impression. Shame though, I'm looking for a long term company for my banner and flag needs.

I've ordered many times for my organization in the past, always pleased with price, turnaround time and customer service.This time has been a nightmare. Delayed approval of artwork so the order was delayed, resulted in us having to pay to upgrade shipping ($70 for shipping!) and now the order says it won't arrive by the date promised. I've spoken with customer service asking how they will help because we have an event we need the items for, and they just keep saying the same thing over and over again without answering my questions.After 3 webchats, multiple hang ups on the phone and a 1.5 hour phone conversation, unfortunately, despite having used the company in the past and appreciated the price and quality, we will no longer be using them because they are too unrealiable and provide poor customer service.

I do not recommend! I ordered business cards with premium material. Expected delivery 3 weeks. As a result, these cards are of terrible quality, thin, not bright and with defects. I also expected that this company is located in Ontario and not in India, where the package came from.

should have listened to the reviews, but the price seemed good. It took them 3 weeks to get a proof that was wrong, I cancelled the order and order from someone else. My refund should have been credited back on May 12, and to date have not received anything. Everytime I call they say 24-48 hours, but nothing. Just terrible!find someone else local.

FIND AN ACTUAL CANADIAN BASED COMPANY and save yourself a lot of headache. If I could rate as 0" I would!Their upcharged expediated service took 9 days for production

I found this company online.On their site it says they are in the Toronto area so I trusted to buy something I needed for an expo I’ll be doing soon.On their site, I did a search for a plain booth table cover. The site took me to the page showing it, so I ordered it. But when I received it, it was a white one. I tried contacting them on the phone many times, but the phone number is NOT REAL as it always sends you to a message that says it has high call volumes so it hangs up on you.I then tried to correct the issue through their online chat; they sent me to two different people and eventually to an email.I then explained again that I just needed to exchange the white cover for a blue one, but they kept sent me a generic message telling me no refunds. (5 days and many emails later) I replied, re-stating that all I wanted was an exchange and that on their site it says I can get a credit if I return something, I also added that the cloth I had bought did not have any art work, so it was an easy exchange. And they replied too bad, we don’t do exchanges, refunds or anything.For what I see this is not a Canadian company, but it’s someone operating in India with a Canadian address to trick Canadian consumers that the quality of service is there. The customer service reps I got to exchange messages were just plain rude, DO NOT understand simple concepts, DO NOT fully read requests. If you have a problem, even a simple one such as the one I had, they will come up with different policies not to allow for any actual assistance.My packaged arrived very dirty, as if it had been traveling on the back of a dirty truck for months.I do not recommend this company for anything. Their prices are average to any other Canadian supplier. They are Very unprofessional and do NOT get what it takes to service Canadian customers.

Terrible experience. Was trying to order some window clings but they kept changing the orientation of the art. I intentionally want it printed in reverse. I tried to call and sort things out but no matter what you press, the phone system hangs up on you. I've currently been on the chat for over and hour trying to cancel the order to no avail. Hopefully I can get my credit card to reverse the charges.

A terrible company to deal with. $1400 order arrived damage due to a very poor packaging, product was actually dirty inside and the red colour I chose using a Pantone did not even match. I actually had to tell them how to make things right which was to send a replacement for a broken piece so I could replace it myself, send completely different colour flags so that they wouldn’t clash, even though it is not what I initially wanted, and no compensation for the dirty canopy walls that I purchased. I was told to clean them myself. Don’t waste your time or money.

This company is unfortunately an Indian SCAM! I thought I was buying from a local GTA based company and called them on the phone to confirm that the item will arrive before a specific day and the person on the phone guaranteed that and helped me place the order.Unfortunately the item did not only come after the promised date, the colour was incorrect! I contacted customer service for help and they would not help whatsoever. I have to call my credit card company now to dispute this transaction. I would NOT RECOMMEND them in any way. I wish I found the reviews before placing my order.

Ordered a custom perforated window banner for the purpose of privacy, but you can completely see through it from both sides. Attached is a picture of the side that should be giving the privacy effect".It arrived with the vinyl stuck to eachother by a tiny bit but it's enough to show that it's not smooth and flat
